Lovely little house in a quiet location, a short pleasant walk into town and very close to Hubbard's Hills country park for dog walking. Superbly clean and comfortable, Sandie very pleasant and easy to communicate with.
The only thing that we'd remotely mention is the shower took a very long time to run warm, never very hot.

The accommodation was amazing, very clean and close to town, park etc. Also loved all the little extras. Thank you.
Probably down to personal preference but found the mattress in main room a little hard for my liking and a blind or eye mask in the second bedroom would help with the sky light in the morning. Again, just personal preferences, everything really is amazing!

Very clean & tidy , everything you needed . great location, on street parking 20 yards from front door. 5 min walk to town centre. Lovely park 100 yards away great for our dog millie. 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage space.

Fabulous property for the price. Lovely location and didnt need for anything.
Noise from the road was annoying so slept in the back bedroom instead of the main one. Small niggle really.

An immaculately tidy 2 bedroom terraced cottage, situated close to St James’ Church and Hubbards Hills, with a short walk to the town centre. Bedrooms were a good size, with a well equipped kitchen for self catering. The private courtyard seating area was a sun trap in the afternoon and a lovely place to sit with a coffee in the morning.
The host was really helpful when we had to change our check in time at very short notice and also contacted me immediately to tell me I left a belonging when we checked out. Fantastic stay, and we will definitely stay again when we are next in Louth.
Double yellow lines in front of the house, but on street parking available 20 seconds walk away. We were lucky and always found 2 spaces for our cars.

I didn't find the mattress particularly comfortable but it's very subjective.

Location was excellent. Very easy to access all the local facilities. It was in a charming street close to the town centre and local beauty spot Hubbards Hills.
