This place is fantastic. It has everything you need and more. Warm, cosy, beautifully decorated and furnished, well equipped and in an ideal location. I would love to return for longer.

Excellent accommodation: large house with everything you would need. Brilliant hosts who made sure we had all the details we needed before arriving. Easy check-in (lockbox). Lovely attention to detail in the furnishings and facilities. Good heating & gas fire was bonus. Lovely decor. Fabulous location for the beautiful scenery of North Wales - view of the bridge and the river from the bedroom window. Central town location (some road noise) but feels semi-rural. One of the best holiday houses we've stayed in. We loved this house and will return in the future.

Everything was great. As expected, some traffic noise from main road & some noise at weekend from takeaway opposite but this wasn't a problem. Parking nearby (but not in front of the house).

The cottage was beautifully presented; the owner's have certainly paid a lot of attention in making such a lovely environment. The town was very welcoming, with lots of amenities and close to many attractions. There are different takeaways, cafe's, shops and pubs in walking distance. Being so close to the river was a pleasure and our teenagers loved skipping stones there.

The road at the front of the property and beer garden behind were noisy, although this didn't have a lot of impact on our stay since we were out most of the day.

Loved the cottage, had everything we needed apart from just a couple more forks, lots of space in the Lounge for us all, dvds went down v well with the kids, very homely and great style. I’m sure we will book again. Thanks 🙏🏻

House was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated throughout. Lovely, friendly host. Easy check in. Great location.

My only negative - which is no fault of the cottage or host - is there is no parking directly outside. There was no issue at all for us walking from a nearby car park however when parked on single yellow line outside the property for literally a couple of minutes (20 mins allowed respectively) to unpack the bags from the car people were shouting at us and banging on their car windows in anger as they drove past.

The house is beautiful, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is good for access to lots of lovely places to explore.

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Masses of crockery and cutlery and a washing machine. Great range of books and DVDs. Hosts left us a bottle of wine and some Easter treats for the children which was a lovely bonus. Comfortable beds, a great shower and a pedestal bath. Lots of brochures and information leaflets. Hosts contacted us by text to make sure everything was okay. Got the overall feeling that they have gone the extra mile to make sure their guests are always happy. This was much appreciated.

Key code box was a little stiff to open. Towels and bedding still a bit damp in the small bedroom - but dried out quickly when we put the central heating on. The cottage is on a main road but road noise did not bother us at all overnight. I suppose some people might find this an issue. I'm a bit sensitive to perfumes and strong smells so not keen on too many air fresheners. That said, glad there weren't any of the annoying plug-in ones.

No T towels but who cares really. Frying pan could do with upgrading and sweeping brush would have helped us to keep it cleaner.

The cottage was a perfect retreat and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and catch their breathe. On my arrival, I was welcomed with a bottle of wine, biscuits and milk. Having a television that had access to Netflix, Disney + was much appreciated. Excellent wi-fi too.

The courtyard would have been more appealing if there was some fairy lights and some form of cover so that guests can sit out even when it's raining. The scratching noises coming from the ceiling in the main bedroom were concerning - I don't know whether there was rodents or bats in the loft/attic or whether it was seagulls on the roof. Looking at the pictures, I thought the cottage had a wood burner but it was actually electric.

The cottage was beautiful, we stayed in January and the lamps and log burning were on when we arrived which made it look very welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and beds very comfy. The Kitchen is very well equipped and has a lovely little outside area with seating. The little added extras like DVD's and games are great for families staying. The location was very central to get to waterfalls, towns and also Snowdonia and amazing walks nearby. The bridge over the river is literally next door and very beautiful to walk along. I would highly recommend The Bridge Cottage.
