Breakfast was ok but very very poor service as there were only 2-3 waiters

Poor service and cleanliness, very good property but due to very less staff the service was very poor

nothing will not recommend it to anyone in future.

The room service was pathetic , even the rooms bedsheet was not clean . Bathrooms were drinking and the floors and the tables were quite dirty . There was no one to attend at the time of breakfast and all the used utensils were kept as is on the table . We have to eventually return to our room without having breakfast . It was really mismanaged.

Pathetic and slowest service i have ever seen in my life at a property! The staff at the reception are least interested in listening to calls of the occupants. Order a tea or water and you will have to wait for ages to arrive at your doorstep They have literally no staff or very low qty staff. The hotel charged a hefty amount for this kind of service is an absolute scam. This hotel would need to change whole of their management otherwise it would be shut in no time. All the occupants are unhappy with their pathetic and slow service.

The food was pathetic, rooms need to be renovated. Understaffed and overpriced.

The staff especially the receptionist who were very helpful despite being under tremendous pressure due to staff shortage

The GM Mr Bharadwaj was very rude. The entire resort is very poorly maintained. There is huge staff shortage and no room service. The telephone in the room wasn’t working to call the resort for anything. We had to walk to the reception for any request or query. The food is terrible. The restaurant kitchen is infested with rats and is very unhygienic. The shower in the room was not working and we had to have bath from bucket water. light in the verandah not working. The flush in the toilet was broken. Wash basin was broken.. Bath towels were dirty with stains. There was no AC rather none of the ACs in the resort are working when it was clearly mentioned in the booking voucher that there is air conditioning. The door knobs of the bathroom and gallery were broken. In short extremely sorry state of affairs at the resort. I don’t think I got the value for the money I paid. I strongly recommend everyone to never make the mistake of booking this resort ever.

The location of the property is fantastic.

Very poor management - misleading pics while booking - staff is not at all warm except 1 or 2 of them - we did not get clear information about anything asked - the room we had booked showed a bathtub but the one that was offered did not have any, when asked...they said there was a fire few days ago and hence it was under maintenance. They swiped our card for full payment beforehand and concealed this information about the room being under maintenance. We switched 3 rooms before we settled in one of the lower category rooms. Neither did they consider refunding the difference nor did they adjust it against the meals cost. There were cafe day sugar packets along with the tea. The tea bags were open and loosely kept, whereas elsewhere each tea bag is packed separately. The resort was almost unoccupied except for us and may be 2 more guests. They need to get some professional help to manage the place. The manager needs some real professional help.

Staff has no power to take small decisions . Except for kitchen, services were very poor. They could not add one famous channel on TV(SONI LIV) .The day we were there it was raining. We could not go out go out and were bored. Next day we had to shift to The Palace hotel.
