The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly very friendly.

The breakfast was excellent at Zafran Restaurant. Fatima took very good care of us in the Restaurant. Ervan, Mahsima,Musa and Ahmet made our stay even more better. Thank you everyone.

the staff is not able to communicate in another language, English for example, which I find a huge problem in a 5 star hotel. also the swimming pool is not shared, which is really uncomfortable for the ones coming in family or couples. this kind of mentality should be over in this century…

Amazing breakfast at any time of the day made our trip!

AJWA is an exceptional place to stay. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in the hotel, and is willing to do what they can to ensure you enjoy your time there. The spa and pool are clean, quiet and very comfortable. The grounds are still being developed, but you can already tell that they will be memorable. Ask for a tour! One thing that I loved was that you could walk from the property to a little village. Great way to adjust from the trip out there. You will need a car or some other transport to get to Goreme or the other towns. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was more than enough to satisfy. Choosing Ajwa was the perfect balance to our hiking and "roughing it" during our stay in the area.

The breakfast at Zeferan restaurant was absolutely amazing. Very authentic ambience and the variety and quality of food was unmatched. A special thanks to Merve Hanim for the exceptional service at Zeferan. All the hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Particularly Selda Hanim was most attentive. The rooms we also very clean.

-overall it is a wonderful hotel, with great design, beautiful hand made furniture. -the garden is like an oasis, beautifully arranged. -rooms very big and clean, with all facilities to make the stay simply great - I loved the sound of birds in the hotel and restaurant, gives a sense of serenity -spa: clean, good size, they have a nice Hammam and a good sauna. The massage was also very good. -staff was friendly and eager to help - they offer a free shutle to Urgup - Food: you must enjoy the experience of a dinner with the Chefs (around 45 euro/pers) - great selection of food, prepared in style just in front of you. -Breakfast: it starts at 7:30 but there is no hour to finish, you can choose to go whenever you want- it is served at the table (not a buffet) but is offers a wide range of products, particullary turkish and azerbaidjani food. - they have very nice and elegant electric cars to take you through the resort, which is quite large. - there is a mini zoo for kids

-Pool: the water was cold (all the people in our group agreed). Please note that there are separate hours to access the pool for ladies (7-15) and men (15-22)

Its a new hotel but they are doing a great job. The hotel itself is focused on the mental and physical health of its guests. The food is amazing. The territory looks very good.

The location is bit difficult but can be also an advantage for the quiet and relaxed area.

Staff were lovely specially the staff in the restaurant who served us breakfast (I think Sameera and Mehmat apologies if the names are wrong), 4 gentlemen who served us dinner on all days (sorry, I can’t remember the names) and the 4 gentlemen at the reception who were really helpful with tour bookings and other requests. Quiet and peaceful and has a big garden to walk around.

The hotel is in a remote area so it’s not easy to get to the closest town

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the very friendly staff, the food at the restaurant and the concept of the resort. I also liked that some of the fruits and vegetables served at the restaurant are planted in the hotel gardens! They also raise hens at the hotel and we can have the eggs for breakfast!

The location is a bit remote.

There was nothing not to like about this hotel... Being a regular traveller for business and holidays and staying at 5 star properties ,inspite of all this AJWA for me has set a different standard amongst 5 star properties when it comes to its staff , d toileteries,the manner in which napkins and towels are packed ( haven't seen this at TAJ ,Hilton or any 5 star property. One wil fall in love with the cave rooms though we did not stay in them.. special thanks to d entire staff Onur ,Ghalib ,Erkan ,Ramazan ,Selin , Samira ,Oflaz ,Mustafa and last but not the least Gamze Can go on and on but wil request AJWA to keep up the standard set by them

The owner is invested in the overall theme of the estate( ancient caravan stop brought to the 21st century modernity) ....architecture matches the surroundings. Most foods are cultivated at the hotel by staff. Great interaction with chefs . Serene and calm environment. All food is halal & no liquor sales . Mosque on premises. Gardens are fabulous 👌
