Very clean room and bathroom, high quality bed and pillows. Anything you can want from an upscale hotel, just fraction of the cost. Very silent neighbourhood and 2 min wall to train station. Thank you Alberto!

Extremely clean room and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen available, quiet neighbourhood and very comfortable matress, making for a very resting night's sleep. Not in city center, but very well connected, within 5 minutes from train station. Most of all, Alberto and Yuli were some of the friendliest people we've ever met, making us feel welcome not only as tourists, but truly as friends, and jumping at every opportunity to help out or recommend local stuff.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Communication with the host was very easy via WhatsApp. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Offered plenty of different options for places to eat and visit while I stayed in Oviedo. I had full use of the kitchen and somewhere to leave some food if I wanted to cook. I would recommend staying.

cosy, nice place with everything you need ( good bathrooms, a shared kitchen, everything is clean.

I liked everything, the only thing is the bed could be too small for two people.

Alberto was very nice and helpful and sent us via Whatsapp a lot of information regarding how to arrive, what to visit and a lot of nice recommendations on where to eat and what to do during our stay. The beds were very comfy and located in a quiet neighborhood, not in the center but very well communicated by public transport. We also liked that there was a private bathroom and everything was very clean. Lot of place to park for free in the area.

Nothing to remark

The room was extremely cleaned with a very confortable bed and good shower, room was secure with a lock and we were confident in leaving our valuables inside. Alberto & Yuli were very engaging and gave us a lot of useful tips and their recommendations certainly added to our enjoyment of our visit to Oviedo and the surrounding areas. There is big difference in price from the city center hotels and theirs is a train station within 2 or 3 minutes that will bring you to Oviedo Central Station in under 5 minutes, taxi back are easily available and cost under 10 euros. Parking is easily available and Free and getting on the motorway is straightforward. I would definitely stay there again when returning to Oviedo. PS - My girlfriend was delighted to find out about Yuli being a hairdresser & beautician which saved us a lot of time trying to find these services as we were attending a wedding the following day.

Host was super helpful. We had a problem with our car and he arranged for a mechanic to look at it on a Friday afternoon and the problem was fixed. Comfortable room and clean bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. The Minymas supermarket in the adjacent building was good for buying supplies for self-catering. Free street parking right outside the building.

The apartment is in a town so is not perfectly quiet, but noise wasn't really a big problem.
