La gentillesse du personnel.
Nous avions une chambre rdc vue mer ( n°6)mais le pb doit être le même dans l'autre chambre du couloir. La cuisine ou se prépare les petits déjeunés est juste en face à moins de 2 mètres de notre propre entrée. Le couloir est sonore, l'isolation acoustique de la porte de la chambre est inexistante et le personnel fait toutes ses allés venu par le couloir donc la petite porte de l'office reste ouverte en permanence. Le bal commence à 6h30 le matin, choc des couverts, bruit des découpes, des cuissons.... Réveil assuré ce qui est un comble quand la mission première d'un hôtel est de faire dormir ses invités. L' équipe n'est pas en cause, tous sont adorables. C'est la conception même de l'établissement qui l'est . Nous avions payé d'avance donc nous étions coincé, hélas, sinon nous aurions déménagé ! Pour le reste c'était le sans faute, confort, propreté, petite piscine, plage, transats, snack, gentillesse des jeunes femmes de la team : tout ok. A voir dans les étages mais de notre expérience je ne peux recommander cet établissement, sauf si votre quotidien est de vous réveiller avant 6h30 même en vacances ....

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Hotellilla on oma jintaan sisältyvä ranta-alue. Rantapyyhkeet kuuluivar hintaan. Hotelli sijaitsi kohtuullisen rauhallisella alueella ruuhkien ulkopuolella. Ravintoloita on runsaasti lähellä. Kotoriin n. 5 minuutin automatka.
Ainoa pieni miinus oli aamupalakeittiön satunnaiset äänet, jotka kuuluivat vain meidän huoneeseemme aamuisin

Lovely location overlooking the bay with a nice jetty to sit on with a ladder to get in the water to have a dip. The staff were so accommodating and friendly we felt part of a family. They also helped us book excursions which were far cheaper than online.
I would of liked a coffee machine in the room, even if it was an extra cost.

Attention à la chambre lit king size vue sur mer , il faut être grand pour la voir car une petite haie d'arbuste gène la vue. Dommage....

The location of the hotel is good enough; just behind its own beach and close to the main road.
Breakfast was almost perfect; menu prepared of good quality food and delicious. The staff was kind and respective. Hotel manager Grazia was also helpful. Thanks to all staff...
The only negative thing about the hotel is the rooms under the ground floor. (Basement rooms). Basement room has moisture that disturbs the guest with the hot and humid climate of Kotor.

The staff in the hotel was absolutely amazing and helped us with everything we asked for. We could not have wished for better and more service minded staff. The beach club was nice although a bit pricy.
The hotel as such and especially the room was far below our expectations given the price we paid for the hotel. It did not look like the pictures on Booking.com. We got a room in the basement of the hotel where things had been fixed with duct tape. The air in the room was very moist with a touch of mold. The drain in the shower was very bad, and we had to wait in-between to avoid flooding in the bathroom.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are beautiful, the location is perfect and we could not ask for more. The breakfast served is simple, and just across is the beach deck operated by a third party, which is also amazing in itself. Do not look anywhere else. Try and get the room on the second floor and do not look back. Boutique hotel like no other.

This was our first place where we stayed in Montenegro. Very comfortable room, delicious breakfast. The hotel is in a very nice location and has a beautiful view. The street is very calm, we enjoyed walking it. I enjoyed my stay.
The water in the pool was very cold :)) but this hasn't stopped us to use it :))

Really modern hotel in a nice location. Rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable. Great WI-FI. Parking facilities at the hotel. There is a very nice waterfront area across the road with loungers and a bar cafe. very nice
The Breakfast area is very small in the self service area. Unfortunately my friend found some flies in the salad and when this was pointed out to the staff they seemed quite dismissive which was disappointing. We avoided the salads from then on.

The location was stunning! Our room was luxurious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and we loved being able to eat it outside.The hotel was perfect and spotlessly clean and the sunbeds by the waters edge were very comfortable. Ten out of ten

Amazing Montenegrin, fresh breakfast is served every morning! The staff has a smile on their face and nothing you ask for seems even slightly challenging. Seafront hotel with a breath taking sunset view. The hotel has it's own beach, which is beautiful and super well managed. I will certainly be coming back here during the summer.

It a very nice hotel with perfect location, about 45 minutes nice walk by the shore to the old town Kotor. The staff was very helpful, room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was rich and various(fruits, cereals, croissants, salads,....).

The hotel is just the center of the Bay of Kotor. The lake is just few secs away from the property. It has an excellent view from the balcony.
Regarding staff, Branca was superb. She upgraded our room to the best room of the hotel. A very friendly lady in the reception.
Breakfast was good , lots of selection.
All the necessary goodies were provided by the hotel. We received a very good service throughout our stay in Kotor. This hotel exceeded our expectations:)
