The decor was beautiful and something I haven’t seen before

There was an electric heater but it didn’t work . There were plenty blankets so it wasn’t that cold

Tout. Le sommier à lattes 2 par terre, il est tenu par des pots de fleurs, matelas taché (traces jaunâtre urine?) Très bruyant très mal isolé, bas de fenêtre cassée. On entend les avions. Petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix et dans la description, mais pas servi, inexistant. Aliments périmés, jambon avec moisissure, jus d'orange périmé. Terrasse avec mobiliers extérieurs plein de peinture. J'ai pris des photos comme preuve, notre réservation était du 20/06 au 22/06/2023, nous sommes partis un jour avant pour les raisons citées ci-dessus. Hôtel a éviter. J'ai fait une réclamation auprès de Booking.

Nothing really. It didn't server the purpose of a stay which is sleep.

Don't be fooled. This is a room and not an apartment. All the amenities are shared, including the bathroom. It doesn't have air-conditioning despite what it says and is like an oven in the room. The mattress was so soft that I my back hurt in an hour.

Easy check in and equipped apartment. Good location

The floor of my room was really dusty! How can you forget swiping the floor?

There is no breakfast and no air condition! The bathroom is a bit dirty.

You get literally an entire apartment in the city center, the landlady is very cool, she leaves coffee, tea, sweets for arriving travelers. Disturbance is zero, noise is minimal.

It was very hot at night

The owner of the house is lovely, they were very accomodating with checkin time. The check in is seem less and the location is amazing! There is a full kitchen in a shared space which is equipped with everything you might need. There is also a washing machine with detergent available.

This is a house not an apartment and you are assigned a room in the house. There are 5 bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower over the bath that needs to be shared between all 5 rooms. The bathroom was dirty, there was dust on all surfaces and hair in the drain. The bathroom is in desperate need of an upgrade, the shower head has to be held at all times as it is broken. The bedrooms were dirty, it felt as though they hadn’t been cleaned between guests. You are only given one towel between two guests. There is NO AC even though it is in the description upon booking. You get a small fan but it doesn’t work very well, and the house isn’t well ventilated so is stuffy and very warm. There were bed bugs which is I think enough of an explanation for how clean the house is. The beds are comfortable but could use with new linen and pillows. Wouldn’t recommend it. I understand that it is cheap accomodation in a prime location, but I think some of these things are an easy fix and could make it a much more pleasant stay.
