Rooms are a good size and nice pool and balcony view. Pool area is great for families and kids. Short walk to the main road of Argasi. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially when coming to booking taxis to leave Argasi.

Included breakfast was very poor standard and cheap good. Good few options but very basic. Couldn't eat that for the full week. Electrical buzzing noise coming from the fuse box in the room. Dripping noise coming from the toilet.

The staff is amazing, very friendly, they are always keen to help and offer their best, even if it's not related to your stay. Hopefully we will be able to come back as we really did loved it.

Amazing experience at Katerina Palace Hotel. We've found a super staff that satisfied all our needs and made our stay amazing more than we expected! Lovely swimming pools with super bar close to them where we had really good time.

the staff was really friendly. The room, price and location are good. We thought the hotel was bit more modern because of the pictures then we thought it really is. with some more modern furniture outside they can upgrade that. Lots of people who put their towel in the morning and leave again. It did not bother us because we went to Mimosa across the road to use their beds on the border of the sea which we found much nicer, beautiful and quieter. PeterTours just next to the hotel helped us with all our trips and carhire. He was very nice too and with good prices. All the nice restaurants we visited are in walking distance and Zakynthos town is close by. So all in all a nice hotel which is ideally situated.

The property is excellent! Starting with a very nice, helpful and smiling staff, finishing with renewed and modern rooms. The a/c was so silent, we couldn’t hear it working!

Somebody from another room was constantly smoking in their balcony, so we had to keep ours closed in order not to get the smoke..

I really liked how friendly the staffs were. They helped us to find the possible solution for any problem we had. The breakfast was good aswell.

To be honest, this is the best hotel experience I ever had. We had a last-minute trip to Zante and booked it all on the day. From the moment my fiance and I entered the premise to our last day. We stayed there for a weekend Friday - Sunday. We arrived during the evening on Friday and Elena, the receptionist welcome us with a positive and great smile. She was so lovely and helpful. She Even Recommended us to ZINC restaurant, which was great. The next day, we met Elena, her colleague, who had the same energy and smile as Elena. Everyone was so welcoming. Our flight was in the evening on Sunday, they let us have a late checkout. There is no negative thing to say about this hotel. The breakfast was good. The room was super clean. We STRONGLY recommend this hotel. Thank you HOTEL KATARINA PALACE :)
