Excellent property, 3 rooms with ensuites and a room on the ground floor with 2 single beds and a WC outside, big kitchen and dinning area, microwave, oven plus top oven with grill, hob, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer, big lounge with corner sofa and 2 big armchairs.

Location was really useful having two small kids. This was 5 mins to Alum Chine beach, which we found was the better of all the nearby beaches.

The photos did not include pictures of the smaller bedroom, which was two single beds set apart. This room also contained the boiler which may be dangerous. In addition, one of the showers was out of use. There was no prior communication to this, and confirmation that the shower was out of use was made after we had contacted the host. This made it slightly difficult as we were a team of 3 separate couples, and so there was some invasion of privacy as we had to share the shower in another couples bedroom. We would not have minded, but we actively sought a house with such a facility. The host had come to the property to apologise in person for this, but we would have welcomed a discount on the room/ part refund, seemingly as this was an overpriced house. We are still waiting for the £1 deposit to be refunded.

Location. Plenty space in the house.

Kitchen tap was broken & lounge had lingering vomit smell!! One of the shower broken & the other shower was blocked. Only one usable shower between 9 of us..Owner should have addressed these issues before letting this property!!

very spacious with nice and comfy furniture/beds. only a short walk from the beach and most pubs/restaurants. Nice that there was already tea and coffee condiments ready to be used

could have done with more curtains in kitchen/bottom bedroom for privacy reasons. Handle on the fridge was already broke when we arrived but wasn’t an issue

Loved the location. Size of the house is great & number of bedrooms & En suites great. Very comfortable. Parking for 2 cars

No freezer. No washing machine. No cooking utensils. Blackout curtains in bedrooms would have been good & blinds or curtains downstairs. Shower heads could be better. Garden needs attention

Location was good, very easy to get to and from Bournemouth town center. The house is lovely, spacious, and very clean.

The beds where a bit too soft for our liking, but that is personal preference

The property was modern , light and comfortable and close to the beach

The pillows were not very comfortable but I guess that’s just me and others will find them comfortable for them

The house was very clean and tidy and had all mod comms inside.

The hosts asked could they collect something from their garage on the Saturday and we did not realise they would be going in an out of their garage for over 6 hours. As the garden was small (not a problem) but then we could not sit in the garden as the garage was only a few feet away from the garden and they kept walking past into their garage, no privacy at all. The rental for two nights was far too pricey I would say 50% more than it was worth. When I booked this I was not advised that the house was down the side of the building building and it was not very wide at all. At the front of the house they were in the process of renovating the front into I believe flats.
