Ottima sistemazione per chi vuole rimanere nel centro di Milano, ottima anche per la vicinanza al Tribunale. L'appartamento è ottimamente arredato, spazioso e con un ambiente cucina perfettamente strutturato e accessoriato. Il ceck in "automatico" senza contatto è una soluzione fantastica che riduce i tempi e migliora la gestione del viaggio, sia per il ceck in che out. Ineccepibile la pulizia. Una nota di merito al personale che si è mostrato disponibile ed attento ad ogni richiesta o esigenza, rendendo perfetto il soggiorno fornendo assistenza anche in orario tardo. Una lode meritata.

However I did not like to have no doors between the bedroom and living room. For family stay it was not that great

The proximity to the Duomo was fantastic! Easy walk. Clean room with a kitchen. Security was excellent and Andrea was above and beyond wonderful.

Very nice apartment and Andrea is a friendly guy to welcome us . Bread -Tea -Coffe were inclusive for the breakfast during out stayed. Near by Metro station San Babila . 10 minutes walk to Duomo. Carefur supermarkt just 2 minutes away .

The communication with the host was very easy, so the check in process is very smooth. The place is no more than 10 min on foot from the Duomo and there is also a metro station nearby. The apartment was extra clean and fully equipped with towels, shampoo-shower gels, etc. The host even made sure to have items for a small breakfast at the apartment, such as coffee capsules (and sugar), mini cakes, biscuits, croissants, rusks and mini marmalades.

It is well situated and close to via Della Spiga and fashion houses. The Duomo is a lovely walk. The Carrefour supermarket is a few steps away. And yet it’s so quiet in the apartment. it is also safe and secure.

We loved the central location, cleanliness and how the flat was equipped with everything you may need (including water, milk, juice, loads of sweets for breakfast etc.) Additionally, we enjoyed the external blinds that blacked out the room completely- extremely useful for people who are sensitive to light in the morning
Nothing really. More in terms of room for improvement we suggested hooks in the bathroom to hang the clothes/towels etc, bedside tables as well as a broom (especially for longer stays).

Clean, modern apartment with everything we needed. Air con (was a hot 2 days in Milan 😃), kitchenette, lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. Location was excellent - close to Duomo and all Old Town attractions, shops and restaurants. Also plenty of cafes and restaurants, as well as Metro access, nearby.

3. Abundant “Italian-style” breakfast. Rolls, crackers. Krups espresso machine. Nice.

In the middle of the night there was sound of banging on pipes. Was not persistent throughout the night but Magnolia should look into this with management of the overall large complex to rectify. I’m sure others in the building feel that this really sucks. Or maybe they have become used to it.

Fantastic renovated apartment which is well equipped with everything you will need. Very quiet at night, safe, and not to mention how perfectly located it is. An absolute gem in the middle of Milan’s central district. you cannot ask for a better located spot than this. i will book this again in a heartbeat!!

The place is brand new. We felt as we were the first visitors there. Everything in the apartment was thoroughly clean and tidy. Stefano was great at checking us in and available any time for help and information. All communication has been great. The area is fantastic and we felt safe walking around. You can find a super market in 3 minutes walking distance. Public transport to all areas was easy, and reaching Duomo was 10 minutes walk. The apartment is fully equipped , so if you make a long stay you can cook, wash your clothes etc.
Breakfast is a little poor (cookies, packed croissants, coffee, tea, marmalade, nutella and crispies). Portions are more than enough, but variety is poor. It was OK for us, but I mention it to let you know what to expect.
The bedroom and the living room are connected and , as there is no door anywhere, when someone gets up, all light-sleepers wake up with them!
