Vzdrževanja namestitve: nedelovanje luči nad kuhinjsko nišo, škripanje v tečajih notranjih vrat - zelo moteče in najbolj neprijetna izkušnja med bivanjem, neočiščeni madeži na sedežni garnituri.

great location next to the main beach and streets , amazing person -Chris I believe - who welcomed us and told us a little bit about El Medano :) as for the place itself it was spacious and clean, all was great!

The location is great near to see. The apartment is very comfortable.

When I booked the apartament, saw the picture with the sea view, but got without that. The sofa was dirty.

The property was clean and bright, the bed was good. The balcony was nice. Location was good, the restaurants around very nice - especially pizzeria Waipur. The man who gave us keys was very polite and welcoming.

Water pressure was terrible. It was hard to wash my hair. Once we ran out of hot water in 15min. There was no washing powder for washing machine, and after washing clothes there was a water puddle. There were bugs, but I guess that is normal there.

The situation, the parking place for the car

We received a picture of an appartement on sea side (see above picture!) And we got the appartement on the rear side. It is clearly a false advertisement oriented to make confusion when you finally book the apartment. The boiler for the shower didn't work properly (either burning water or cold water) and we were obliged to settle it by ourselves because the people responsible of the apartment didn't call us back when we mentioned the problem. The wifi of the apartment wasn't functioning, so we got a WiFi access of the condominium box which worked not so good and only in the living room, not in the sleeping room. For these reasons, the price was expensive for a rear appartement with malfunctioning equipment

We agreed a time to meet and were left hanging around outside apartment with our bags for 45 minutes prior to check-in.
