Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Der Dachgarten ist fabelhaft.

Die Wohnung ist ungepflegt. Im Bad fanden wir einen verschimmelten Duschvorhang vor, der erst nach einer Mail an den Vermieter ausgetauscht wurde. Die Toilettenbürste ist abgebrochen. An der Decke im Bad sind Sparkflecken, im Putzraum modert eine alte Hängematte vor sich hin.. Der Staubsauger riecht nach Hundehaaren. Im Treppenhaus lag eine Kakerlake.

It has a nice spacious living area and the terrace gets plenty of sun, but has shade for the table so it is lovely to eat outside. The location is pretty much at the entrance of the town, which is good if you plan to drive to one of the main beaches, but a good 20 mins on foot to the main centre and river beach. It was quiet and stayed cool even when it was very hot outside. There are a couple of OK small supermarkets and good bakeries nearby. Parking is easy but EV charging points are 10-20 mins walk.

Bad start with nobody to meet us and no reply to messaging or phone calls, but they did turn up eventually. There is no microwave, which I find very useful on holiday. The washing machine is confusing as it switches on when the button is OUT, but then does nothing, so you wait for several minutes and open and close the door and it eventually starts...

Good sized property in easy walking distance to all parts of town. The rooftop area was excellent.

Only negative would be the towelling and bed linen definitely need updated. Clean but clearly old. Also lacked the basics such as sufficient toilet paper, soap and washing up liquid.

The space is beautiful, the furniture is high quality and the kitchen is fabulously well equipped. The terrace is gorgeous and the beds very comfy. A total winner, I can't wait to go back!

Nothing, loved it all.

On arrival our host showed us into the apartment and informed us of all the facilities that were available. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equiped with everything that you could want during your stay and there was even a bottle of wine to welcome us which was a lovely touch. In terms of local facilities, shops were plentiful and varied, from supermarkets to clothes shops and even a surfing shop should the urge take you, we really didn't need to venture far to find anything we needed. Also the river and beach were within easy walking distance. Finally the flat was very quiet and peaceful and we had a very relaxing time and really enjoyed the terrace area which provided a private area to enjoy the sun. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back soon.

Having to leave. It was great. Other than that nothing to complain about.

The apartment is very spacious and has a really nice terrace, where it's possible to enjoy the sun during the whole day. In terms of kitchen amenities, it had everything we needed to cook and store our stuff. The bedrooms are also spacious.

The beds were not so comfortable.

Very nice terrace and living space. Equiped kitchen. Travel cot and high chair available. Parking. Close to bakery and butcher. Supermarkets within walking distance. Good communication with host.

Apartment wasn't ready at arrival. BBQ area and equipment wasn't clean. Shower curtain needs to be replaced or washed (has mold). No dishwasher and coffee machine available. Internet was slow (can't be used by two people at the same time for video streaming for example). Basic beds.
