A lovely, spotless apartment in a fabulous location( we didn’t use the car for the duration of our stay) A great place to chill out after a busy few days.

If we would want to rent a two-bedroom home, this would have been ideal for it, it was really classy furbished, well-equipped, good location with security and nearby amenities. Good-sized windows provide enough light.

Ground floor location meant that other residents could see-in, but that's less an issue for a short-term rent of course.

Facilities. Generally have everything one needs. Good to have a welcome pack and contact numbers.

No blinds so no privacy if in pyjamas. Can’t sit and eat breakfast with curtains open to get natural light. The warm lights are cosy but makes the place dark, especially in the living room when eating at the table.

The only problem I had being 71 yrs old was having to get down to the lock box for the keys ,I had to lay on my side with the phone torch on to see what I was doing putting the code in

A lot of space, everything was so clean and every little detail has been thought of. We absolutely loved it and will be staying there again!

comfortable beds, secure flat, 2 bathrooms - very handy , close to Sainsbury’s & Warwick Castle. Very clean. quality items in kitchen good and comprehensive for all needs.

The key safe box at ground level by the entrance door- was very hard to access, especially for less mobile guests. I literally had to get on my knees to access it. The info pack stated the key box would be on the right hand side of the door, that there were 2 and it would be the one on the right. In actuality there was one key box on the left hand side of the door & at ground level. Didn’t like having to take own rubbish to bin point, not pleasant. The oven markings had come off so there was no way of telling if you had setting correct on the dial for the fan oven function- it also didn’t match up with the oven instructions in the handbook- so it was trial and error. From the front of the flat you could hear a bit of train noise- but the development was peaceful apart from that. There was no remote key fob so you had to get out every-time to access security gates.

Clean and compact flat in a great location for the town and the race course. Hosts were really helpful and accommodating.

Location was excellent and gated compound a bonus (except for the day the rain was so bad it caused a fault and the gate wouldn't open.

No storage facilities in the front bedroom. There is space on the back wall for a single wardrobe and chest of drawers. No bread knife.

Owners had very thoughtfully left all sorts of bits and pieces to make our stay more comfortable such as olive oil, condiments, laundry powder, soaps, shampoos, etc.

Lack of surface space in bathrooms.

The apartment is ideally located a short walk to the Castle, shops, bars, restaurants and a Sainsburys supermarket.. The free, secure parking was a bonus, as there isn't really much free parking around ! Darren and Nathalie were exceptionally helpful hosts, answering any questions quickly before we arrived and the information pack provided is well thought through, with everything you need to know. We only had one slight issue with the location of an adaptor plug for the room fan (it was during a hot spell !) and this was sorted out really quickly for us. We ate out, but the Apartment had everything we would have needed if we had cooked and I would have been happy to stay there for a week self catering. A real gem of a place, when we return to Warwick we would love to stay here again x

The smallest of small suggestion for extra drink coasters for the lounge and bedrooms. This is only because I hate the thought of accidently leaving ring marks on tables and I had to keep moving the 4 we had around. Definately not a huge issue !!!

Great location - just a short walk into town and the castle

The location - close to Warwick and secure; the back bedroom bed was comfortable; there was dedicated parking; the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The flat was quiet - we were there Wednesday to Saturday.

Whilst the flat was adequate and it did not really meet its description. See the wardrobe picture. Is a portable, self-assembly, polyester fabric covered, zipped wardrobe stylish? The second bedroom had a plain clothes rail. See the picture of the old grouting and the tired bathroom floor covering. All the settings were worn off the oven function control knob and a green dash had been painted on which we discovered was the fan oven setting. I'm not sure what was newly refurbished. If you want this flat for 6 people bear in mind that only 4 can sit round the dining table and there is not a lot of crockery and glassware. 6 champagne flutes but only two wine glasses and 5 side plates, for example. Two of you will be sleeping on the sofa bed shown. Cleanliness issues - the flat mop shown was hanging behind the kitchen door - it could do with a thorough clean. Spare pillows were stacked, in the dust, on top of the portable wardrobe as shown in the picture. They were not covered in any way and one was stained. The pillows on the back bedroom bed were rather flat and tired. As I have dietary requirements we brought frozen food. As you can see from the picture, the freezer was frozen solid. Although the cleaner had apparently been in they had not checked/informed the landlord - I had to let him know. He contacted us from abroad, which made it difficult for him to do anything personally, but he should have been able to get the freezer defrosted for us. The booking.com website entry shows a picture with a bottle of Yellowtail wine. This kind of suggests it might be provided so be aware it is not.

Great communication with owner. Every think you needed in apartment to make it a great stay!.Very very good location not far from st Nicholas park close to pubs and high st. Would defo do again 👌

The location was excellent. The lounge was good with a good TV. Unfortunately, it didn't have a Freeview facility, which made programme selection difficult and restricted. The sofa was very comfortable.

The noise from the flat above was incessant whilst we were inside, morning and evening, as every time someone moved (which was a lot!) it was like a football match was in progress!!! Thankfully we were out all day every day! The kitchen was very dated and lacking in good utensils. Insides of some cupboards was dirty. Also, there was a lot of foodstuffs in the cupboards which was unpleasant. The freezer door was slightly open when we arrived as the top drawer couldn't be pushed in due to the need to be defrosted. The apartment was not recently refurbished to a good standard. It only had a few obvious blobs of touch up paint.
