You need a car in order to get to main attractions of St. Augustine. Not a big issue anyway.

We, my wife, my daughter, and myself, were really enjoying staying at this property. The property was nice, clean, safe, and a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. It was fully equipped with all you need. The location is perfect and near by all attractions. The property owners are very nice and helpful. We really want to try it again. I do encourage all to trying it out.

It was located in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful flora and fauna. Parking for 2 vehicles. Table ,chairs , umbrella and a grill on the patio outside of the unit.

The bed was really comfortable and it was nice having the washer and dryer. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was convenient having TVs with streaming services in the living room and bedroom - living room has a guest Netflix account and is easy, but remember to log out from the bedroom accounts! Hosts were quick to contact us and give us all the information we need and accommodate our arrival time.

We ran out of Keurig coffee capsules within the first two days and could have used a few more, but I'm sure we could have messaged the hosts and asked and they would have supplied. We ended up going out for coffee and breakfast anyway. It was a bit of a walk to get to the main part of town, and parking in that area is sparse and paid. It is walkable, but be prepared for a bit of a walk.

I liked the neighborhood and enjoyed my daily walks. Cafes and restaurants nearby. We were happy to see a coffee maker using K cups. TV in both the living room and the bedroom was nice! Keyless entry was easy to use.

The pictures do not do this little apartment justice!! It is soooo cute!!!! It was just big enough for the 4 of us: two adults, and a 12 and 16 year old. It's in a super quiet neighborhood. If you really wanted to walk the two miles to get to the downtown historical area, you totally could. We however didn't... Lol. The bed was so super comfy. All the amenities you need are provided. We will definitely be staying here again.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was exactly what we needed for our little trip
