Although Antonella shopped specifically to meet our dietary requirements (one vegan and one non dairy) the breakfast choice was not great. There could have been more fruit, muesli and bread. But she did make a big effort which we appreciated. We had the first floor room which is really big, new and bright, fresh and clean. The bathroom is a designer room and first class. Hot water always available. For 2 of our three nights we were alone and had exclusive use of the lounge and dining room. Everything new and clean. There is a good open outlook from the site above most of the neighbourhood. The pool was too cold for us but will warm up as the season goes ahead. But we sat out in the new loungers etc. Swimming towels were included. It is really close to the Railway station which is at the very gates of the ruined city. It is quite a long walk to the new city centre but we did it every day without any bother, even after we had spent the whole day walking the ruins. Antonella did breakfast for us at 06.30 on our last morning and then ran us to the station, ensuring we got the early train to let us get a 10.55 flight from Naples Airport which we managed very easily.

There was a rather annoying dog in the neighbourhood which woke us with its bark. But this is likely to stop as the neighbour is aware of the problem.

Fantastic property, immaculately clean. Lovely communal space which was like our own living/dining /kitchen as no other guests used it. Terraces all round property. Spa bath and amaxing shower. Fab cooked breakfast (choice of sweet or savoury). 8 mins walk from Villa dei Misterie , Pompei entrance.

The villa was so lovely and Antonella went out of her way to make us very comfortable. it was an easy 15 minute walk to the entrance for the Pompeii Ruins.

the inn was beautiful and the owner was so wonderful and accommodating! the food was fantastic!

the property had a great pool area , large balconies that would always catch the sun and safe secure gates .

the address on booking isn’t right , I’ve seen others comment but even the taxi driver was perplexed - the address is 16 traversa I Di Via Casone - very near to the address but took my taxi driver 30mins to find . the door for our room was off the main stairs and had glass panelling meaning light and noise came through - the first morning when people ate breakfast it woke us up and they weren’t even being particularly loud . there is no taxi service around - must be able to walk everywhere

The property is located within walking distance to the Pompeii archeological site. Property is in a neighborhood with very limited dining options within a short walk. Large, clean, comfortable room and private bath. Room has a nice wrap around balcony and property has a nice pool area. breakfast was served by the host. Host was nice and helpful, and allowed me to leave my car in the gated driveway while I went to Pompeii.

The location is in a residential section of Pompeii, with many one way streets and traffic from highway off-ramps near by. Google maps takes you to the wrong location, with an identical address (Pompeii Ruins hotel) about 7 minutes away. I told host of the issue and she was aware as this happens frequently. I provided her with the GPS (LAT/LONG) coordinates to add to the listing, hopefully she adds this to assist other travelers. Hint-Prior to going to the property , be sure to look up “Villa Elisabetta” and use that as the location! I found a good restaurant (Osteria Nonna Cherubina) within a short walk, though the restaurant is not well marked on google maps/Apple Maps so just follow signs once at the map location. otherwise, it’s a 10-15 min walk in on so-so streets, especially if dark.

Great place. Great location. Wonderful owners. Walking distance to Pompeii ruins as well as to the train station that takes you directly to Herculanum. Pet friendly place. Large room. We had fabulous stay.

The only challenge we would mention is that the access to bedrooms is via wooden indoor stairs which might be a bit of a problem for some kids, less able people or dogs - to go up and down as the steps.

the room i booked was clean and spacious, so was the bathroom. location is in walkable distance to Pompei park (15min by foot). the lady who greeted us was super welcoming and nice, ordered us a pizza after we arrived late and even let us leave the car at her place while going to Pompei.

the address on the Booking.com isnt correct, make sure to type Villa Elisabetta in google maps to find the place, when it says you arrived just continue for 50 more metres.

Very spacious and comfortable room, clean bathroom and nice host. Object is located few minutes from Ruins of Pompei and has a parking place. Highly recommend!

Big spacious room with view over all of pompeii

The property is very spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. it is located in a lovely residential area only 10 mins walk to Pompeii ruins. The pool is a huge bonus - lovely and clean and deep with a nice array of sun loungers around it. But Antonella is the real highlight as she was so helpful and kind but unobtrusive. we had a wonderful stay for a few days at the end of our holiday - highly recommend!

This place was very clean! Nice spacious W/C, shared kitchen and was good value for money. Location is alright for doing Pompeii ruins and mount Vesuvius

I didn’t realise the kitchen was shared. Also it takes a while to get to any bars/restaurants. However there is a train station close by that can take you to Naples and Sorento which are really good to see.

Bed was good, nice tv. Friendly staff, they brought us to the station.

We didn't really have a welcome and the pool turned out to be closed, since it is seasonally opened (didnt see it while booking). Breakfast was the first day a big let down; dry cakes from the factory as well as a croissant from the factory, a pack of cookies

Perfect location for visiting the Ruins of Pompei. the Host is very friendly and knows a great tour guide as well as giving good Information where to Eat, when to visit the Vesuv or Herkulaneum

freshly renovated but the shower was mostly cold. flushes aren’t the strongest ones…

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom has a great shower and jacuzzi and the pool/outdoor eating area is lovely. Everyone at the property is very friendly, they gave us a ride to and from the train station and we had an amazing homemade breakfast with warm croissants

The address is a bit misleading as it is is the same address of a different property, so make sure to ask about exactly how to get there during your stay
