Location is perfect

I read all previous reviewers and was not expecting such a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, polite and fluent in English, Persian and Turkish. The room had an electric kettle and a cup which was much better than what I read in previous reviewers. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were really great, and a good range of different foods for different tastes were available. Room service was always available. Two bottles of water were supplied every day.

More shampoo and hygiene products could be provided. I preferred if the electric plug for chargers was provided for free.

Otelin konumu çok iyi salamis caddesinde. Temiz otel ve yataklar konforlu. Kahvaltı zengin çeşitli tatmin edici. 2. Kez kalıyoruz

Yastıklar daha kaliteli olabilir. Oda terlikleri çok dandik. Odada çay veya kahve gobi ikram yok.Böyle bir otele gerçekten yakışmıyor. Ketılda yok haliyle..Kesinlikle olmalı

Her şey bahsedildiği gibi, odalar ferah ve temiz. Personel kibar. Otele ait bir otopark da mevcut. Açık büfe kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterli idi. Ürünler kaliteli ve özenli seçilmişdi.

Odada su ısıtıcısı ,saç kurutma makinesi ve terlik mevcut değil, nedense kettle için ekstra ücret isteniyor. Böyle bir uygulamayı da görmüş olduk :)

Friendly staff, breakfast was fine, superb entertainment on 2d floor (live music evening) and restaurant was serving good quality food.

Location is not very central, you have your pubs and coffee places but it is not very downtown.

The hotel is well located within the range of supermarkets/ off-license, bars and kebab/food stands. The upside is if you rent a car then there is a parking lot in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located next to the university area, meaning during the weekend it's very loud and people are bashing doors. What I really do not like is the room cleaning, they do NOT change sheets and vacuuming was also not visible. I would expect a bit more cleaning to be done..

Planlama yok. 3 kişi geldik gece 10 da verdikleri oda 2 kişilikti onunla uğraştık. Odalarda kettle yok ek hizmetmiş. Her gün 2 adet su ücretsiz onları ne ile içicez peki bardak yok çünkü. Minibar boş o da istek üzerine dolduruluyormuş ama buzdolabı bile çalışmıyor. Örneğin dışardan aldığınız hediyelik buzdolabına koyulacak şeyleri buzdolabı çalışmadığı için koyamıyorsunuz. Odalar temizlenirken kirli havluları alıyorlar yerlerine her zaman eksik havlu koyuyorlar. Yemekler vasat konaklamam boyunca hiç et yemeği çıkmadı. Gece 10 da check in yaptık, resepsiyon çok yavaş davrandı, işlemimiz uzun sürdü. Şampuan ve duş jeli öyle küçük şişelerde verilmiyor. Duşun içine bir dispanser koymuslar içinde sadece duş jeli var.

the restaurant manager was so un professional the restaurant manager seemed a racist the staff is so unfriendly apart fro some two young girls at the reception the beds were never made well, looked like people were tired to make them

Odaya su koyuyorsun bardak koymamışsın!!BARDAK YOK !!! Karton bardak kaç para!!!!? Suyu neyle içicez?Avcumuza mı dökelim yoksa şişeyi kafamoza mı dikelim!!!??? Bi adet çay yada kahve oda ikramı bile yok!! Kahvaltı boş ysni var gibi gösterilen ama çoğu ıvır zıvır Sucuk sosis yemeyin gofret gibi sertlikte!! Banyoda saç kurutma makinesi yok!! Diğer rakip otellere gidin bi görün ne oteller neler yapıyor. Bir daha gelir miyim ASLA!!

Everything was okay until in the night my friend and I saw a huge cockroach on the wall. Later we discovered a hole above the entrance door, I guess it came from there. We told the stuff and without additional questions they gave us another upgraded room, but “fun” doesn’t stop there. Around 2 hours after changing the rooms I noticed that the floor in the bathroom of new room is wet in the area of a toilet, then I saw a hole in the pipe that was connected to the toilet and decided to put a bucket underneath so the floor won’t get wetter (it was a deep night already and the problem seemed to be solved, and we had no energy to tell the stuff to do smth with it ). In the morning my friend woke up and wanted to use the bathroom, the curtains were closed so it was kinda dark and she didn’t notice the water that was all over the entrance area (the water spilled, and now it was not only in the bathroom, but also in the corridor), my friend slipped, fell and almost twisted her knee, know she has hardly bend it. Turned out the problem was not only in the pipe but the whole toilet leaked, all bathroom and corridor floor was in water. I don't think that such problems could arise out of nowhere, but if it was known to the stuff that the toilet is literally leaking why nothing was done and you let people stay in that room? The inside and outside of hotel is nice, rooms have modern design and a balcony, but all bad detailed of our stay blocked everything good that was there

The staff provides excellent service and answers every question accurately, The location of the hotel is on a street with bars, restaurants and shopping, AC system works perfectly in the room, The room and shower were large and very satisfying to use
