The accommodation is very modern and the apartment is big.

Need to be honest only the apartment is in the top floor and No Lift.

The apartment was very well designed, laid out and catered for. Very comfortable, spacious, bright, airy and clean

The only issue was the placement of the cabinet in the bathroom made for access t the sink difficult and potentially dangerous.

The apartment was stylish and modern. It was clean and well set out. During our stay we heard no noise at all from the other apartments. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. Good location for Thorpe park and close to shops and restaurants. Allocated parking space was a bonus. Collection of keys was easy. Communication from hosts was excellent.

The apartment was very hot even though it was April and the heating was off. We couldn't sleep with the windows open due to road noise, however fans were supplied which helped. The mattress in the main bedroom was poor and I could feel the springs. I ended up sleeping on top of a spare duvet for comfort. There was no plug for the kitchen sink. The plug in the bath didn't work, so could only have a shower.

it’s a gorgeous apartment, very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. Private parking was a bonus.

The location was very ideal for us, just next door to the sainsburys supermarket and nice little cafes and shops down stairs. I liked the fact we had our own dedicated space for our car. The hosts were also very communicative and friendly and called me the morning before my check in, to ask my preference in how I wanted the beds laid out and asked if I had any other requests. When I needed to call them for help with getting access to the keys, they picked up straight away. The apartment was also very nicely decorated and already had most of everything we needed such as oil, sugar, salts, teabags etc...cooking and cleaning products.

I would have preferred if there was a vacuum cleaner there. I had 3 children who make mess easily all the time, and a vacuum cleaner would have been ideal to hoover up all their crumbs and mess. Also we were on the top floor, many stairs and no lift, which is quite hard with 3 kids, luggage and a pushchair, but understandably its an older building so that is why, but at least it was a good work out.

The facilities were clean (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms) and the place felt homely. It was also quiet in that the neighbours did not make noise overnight. The place was situated close to supermarkets, restaurants making it easier to get around.

Hi we had an issue with dirty bedding in the twin room...which was very off-putting expecailly after the fact it wasn't notice untill our children had already slept in their. The sink in the bathroom was extremely Close whilst use of the sink. And cause as minor bump one's head. The shower I feel needs to be changed/or water pressure adjusted as the water presser is not strong enough so therefore the water dribbles out... Latest I did happen to mention on booking that my youngest son is on the autistics spectrum (has disabilities) but website /info failed to mentioned,their was no lift service available,despite being on the top floor (3rdfloor) Regarding the parking spot, someone was parked on the designated spot the entire time we were there.
