It is far from centre (thats why hotel price is cheaper than hotels in the city centre). From airport you have to arrive by taxi (5$) and from hotel to centre also by taxi(about 4-5$). There isn't restaurants near hotel but there is good supermarket to buy food.

Friendly staff, The place is in a very calm neighborhood. Hotel has a terrace with beautiful view, there is sauna you can enjoy and you have to ask administration to heat on it on.

Far from the city center. Service is ok but never expect paying with credit card, please bring AMDs (Armenian drams) with you. Water drain system in bathroom works poorly, it needs to improve!! AC in the room but no controller to turn it on. Probably you should ask for it. The pool is small and cold,

Really far from the city center. We spent much money on the taxi just to get to various locations within the city on time, as the only bus #18 has a bit unpredictable schedule Breakfast is possible one from 9am till 10am, despite being mostly cold (jogurt, eggs, bread, vegetables). We were refused even to take the cold part with us to the excursion at 8am, when we asked about such possibility in prior The staff is very inattentive to the guests. As the pool is not able to use any time you want, you should ask the personal to warm it. We asked twice, and twice the staff totally forgot about our request!
