Great location
Bathrooms need a good clean and supplies were minimal

Was unable to locate spare blankets or pillows.
WIFI password did not work.
Photos shown on site indicated that the view would be towards the Marina, which was not the case.

It was a very spacious unit & location was very close to cafe/pubs. You can park your car & walk next door to the hotel for a meal or down the road a bit to the Sailing club. Coffee Club up the road a bit. Great views. Good air con. Had a lift which is great with carting luggage. The windows are well insulated which cut most of the noise from the hotel next door. Very secure parking. Good directions for entry.
The photos aren’t of the unit I booked. Needs maintenance. Toilet in the first bathroom at first didn’t refill after flushing but as it turned out it took almost an hour to fill & only filled 1/4 of the tank. The bottom towel rail was missing off the wall. The other toilet in the front ensuite would just start refilling on its own & there was a hole in the back of the bedroom door. We ate out but there was very limited cutlery & the oven tray & vent was in need of a clean. Would have like to have stayed in the unit I booked from the pictures online.

the view was beautiful.
Walked into the room thinking wasnt in the right room that we had booked as it wasn't as the pictures showed as advertised.
looks to be like it is being renovated, with no advertisement about renovationsbeing done.
the bedroom had a sunken bed - not comfortable expesialy with 2 people as they will end up rolling towards the middle of the bed.
the floors hadn't been vacuumed. nor had it looked to be cleaned with the dust accumulated everywhere
Ended up booking another place and staying there.

Great value, the view was amazing, washing machine and dryer, great kitchen. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed and certainly not the most expensive.
Dryer was not working well and few pegs to use (since dryer was not working well).

Couldn’t use the air conditioners as they had mould in them. Floors (tiles and carpet) felt sticky and in need of a good steam clean.

The addition of a throw or extra blanket would be nice.
The pegs for hanging clothes were not good quality and need replacing.
The addition of a little more food basics to allow a simple breakfast in the way of coffee would add that extra charm and warmth (eg. milk, coffees, sugar, jam, vegemite, butter, bread)

Everything was superb! I loved the artworks on the walls, and I think it was by the owner which gave a warm, personal touch and a lovely, personalised space! And the views were magic!

Definately needed a good cleaning, smelt of smoke and furniture broken quite badly. Only 2 x forks to eat with even though a 2 bedder apartment.
For the amount paid have certainly stayed in much better.

Great view from the apartment balcony. Very clean and easy process to get the keys. Two minute walk to Main Street shops and restaurants.

Big spacious appartement, great view, close to the harbour, two double beds, two bathrooms.
Very dirty (still shave hair on the soap, no cleaning of the toilet seats, kitchen all dirty, balcony dusty)
Just two forks for four people

No info about anything because the info map wasn't there, had to ask extra for wifi password

We were in unit 53, so maybe other units are better, but this one is not to recommend.

The apartment was spacious enough for two people, with 2 bathrooms. A good sized fridge for a week stay along with quality kitchen appliances.
For a week stay, I firmly believe there should be a well equipped kitchen. This kitchen lacked adequate utensils which meant we had to overuse the dishwasher. The washing machine leaked on the bathroom floor until we clean the lint filter, which was beyond full! The dryer lint filter was so bad it was a fire risk! Management should have these things on a checklist to look over every time someone checks out.

The hosts were very friendly and most helpful to us, we had the ability to contact them at any time we may have needed. Location was in the main street with grocery stores and cafes (walking distance). Plus the ability to have beautiful walks through the landscaped East Shores and over to the marina was very convenient.

Location is excellent, particularly for families with kids who need entertaining. Apartment was spacious and well designed. Top floor 180 degree views. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Good value for money in comparison to other local options.
Ensuite could have been cleaner. Main bathroom shower screen needs repair. Bed mattress in main bedroom was noticeably concave and therefore somewhat uncomfortable.
