The house is in a great location, 5 mins drive from Terramar public beach, ~20mins to some nice restaurants, and has a beautiful sunset! It has the amenities of what you would expect an BnB to have - towels, toiletries, kitchenware, cleaning supplies etc.. The main selling point would be the multiple rooms that can house a big group.

Would have been a lovely stay if not for the lack of water upon check-in, which was only resolved just before midnight. The staff were helpful in trying to identify and resolve the problem, which turned out to be the city had switched off the water supply to that house to do some works. However, this could have been better resolved if this was checked beforehand, and if it did not take such a long time to resolve. This was especially uncomfortable for families with kids, which made the start to the stay very uncomfortable, especially given the high price paid and no compensation was offered! There was also a never ending trail of ants in the kitchen, furnitures were dusty, sofa/decorative pillows didn’t seem clean, as well as hair in the bathroom.

quite/peaceful location. staff were very responsive to any and all questions we had during our stay. property was nice and clean.

the check out time could be a tad later then it was but, that’s just cause it was so hard to leave and go back to the grind! lol

Amazing view! Loved the Roseate spoonbills (pink birds) in the marsh. Large enough for a big group and was pet friendly. Beautiful place with great decor and a nice kitchen. Front and back deck were awesome. Sunsets were gorgeous.

Info says only 6 cars but if you park side by side you can get 12 cars in the driveways.

This house was amazing. I like everything about the stay. Highly recommend for anyone.
