Located on the south edge of town in a small, private (non-gated) development within easy driving distance of markets and restaurants. Home is absolutely gorgeous and fully equipped for your stay. Many little "thoughtful" things included in the home such as laundry pods for the washer, dryer sheets for the dryer, dishwasher soap and nice toiletries. The kitchen is well equipped making it very easy to cook in the home. Beach access is right across the street and there is a view of the ocean from the south side sunrooms and kitchen sink windows. Comfortable bedding and extremely quiet - very relaxing. I had one small issue with a cabinet door in the kitchen where the hinge screws fell out. I notified the property manager to report it and appreciated the fact that she got back to me to let me know it got fixed after we left.

Suggest leaving instructions on how to operate the shower on the first floor - that took me a while to figure out that the shower stopper is built into the spigot. Also, we didn't realize there was a complimentary garage door opener in the bottom of the remote-control bin until the last day.
