The location is perfect. The view is stunning. Breakfast was good and the kids love the pool.

I would like booking to reimburse me for my stay at SureStay plus Gold Beach Oregon. I was in disbelief at the condition of the rooms. I had to switch rooms right away because of cat urine smell, and all the windows open to the room they gave us. We were traveling back from California and had no other choice but to stay there, the second room had broken locks on the window and sliding door. Very unsafe conditions and carpet was soaking wet. You need to take that hotel off of your website, so no other people have to endure the conditions there. I think the building may have been flooded during storm surges. The staff sucked. I would like to booking to reimburse me, or at least hook me up with a free stay somewhere. I have used your site for years now, but I am starting to reconsider Airbnb. I will await your response.

The room was very dirty, hair everywhere, sheets were itchy and the table had sticky stuff on it.

only one ice machine it was broken. coffee maker in room broken toilet seat was crack and chipped . dirty mirrors and bad touch up painting everywhere.

The access to the beach was awesome. The view from my room was spectacular. Breakfast was the best ever. Bed was soooo comfortable. I slept really really well.

The sliding glass door was very dirty. The door latch was broken. I had to use a stick to lock the door at night.

The room was great, we had a balcony with an ocean view, and a trail leading right to the beach. Breakfast was good, beds okay. The beach walk was great, the beach was amazing.

Our grandson found an empty soda bottle in our room. I wish our balcony door would have had a screen, and what is up with the coffee? We've stayed at five hotels this trip, and only one had good coffee.

Shower area had what appeared to have mold on ceiling and top of shower. Furniture needs upgraded. The bed was the worst. It was so uncomfortable that every morning woke up with backache and leg pain. I don't think we will stay here again.

Everything was great. It exceeded my standards. Will definitely stay again when I head to the beach. The staff was great. Rooms were great. Pool/Hot tub. Free breakfast as well.

Noisy. Don't stay in lower level rooms. You will hear the footsteps from above, loud enough to even wake you up.

Big hair ball on the floor right when you step in, carpet coming up , the mattress pad with very nasty looking. made us think what else wasn't clean well Hot tub in the pool area didn't work.
