It was hard to open the bathroom door but that is the only complaint I can think of (and such a minor thing), otherwise it was nice.

The overall campsite was OK, entertainment area great and very modern.

Goose poo every where you walk, wouldn't be happy if I had young kids. Food in entertainment area needs attention, not the best especially the risotto over priced for what seems like a egg cup full.

A couple of minor things such as: the wifi didn’t work, the shower temperature was very hard to adjust, the carpet nails(?) that you’d stand on if you walk to close to the couch and a couple (but too many for me to handle) of spiders

The caravan is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a trip away.

I've given a low score as I was disappointed by the fact you had to pay high additional costs to use the facilities listed in the advert and I felt the ad is misleading. The pool, restaurant and bar can only be accessed if you pay an additional £25 per adult per day (£20 per child) in peak times. That would be £90 a day for a family of four which is a lot of money. This wasn't clear enough from the advert which had photos of the facilities at the top and in the description with no reference to additional costs unless you click onto the specific page with the facilities list.I raised this with the hosts who responded to say it is out of their control and have blamed Booking.com for writing the advert. It's a shame because the accommodation itself was good and we stayed bedroom in February when the facilities were closed and enjoyed our stay. The lack of transparency just left us feel a bit let down and we wouldn't stay again.

Very Comfortable holiday home, clean, quite and well located. Well equipped with all we needed for our 4 night stay.

Location was good and place was calm and quite little bit of hassle in getting the keys but rest was fine.

Host were really unprofessional, i have been booking from booking.com from past 10 years but its the first time i have seen such unprofessional hosts. They reported misconduct without showing any proof.

It was a good location to West Dean college. It was clean and warm, the weather was awful, high winds and rain, but we were cosy and comfortable.

Took a while to find the info brochure, there was nothing left out, shame the site facilities were closed, would have been nice to know.

pull out bed sheets need to be cleaned but there where only crumbs on it so could have just been dropped crumbs from the sofa.

beds were cosy, the whole caravan was very homely. the added touch of dog treats was so nice.

The caravan is great, really comfortable and well decorated.

I only missed a coffee machine (there is only a 'dolce gusto' there).

All the problems were solved quickly by the hosts.

The small size of the single beds: too narrow for adults really Some papers were found under the bed.

The location

Problems with accessing the property wrong pin code given to use the key safe was given another caravan to stay first night in, till the problem was sorted. But on returning the next day, I was able to access the key safe to retrieve the key with a new pin number. The convection oven was not fully working, unable to use the microwave part as it was not working, even after consulting the instruction book. One of the two working toilets was blocked and overflowed with sewerage, but cleared itself after an hour or two. The floors were not very clean, and could of done with a vacuuming.
