Cozy place with a great atmosphere

Good food, very convenient location. Could be bit noisy if your room has windows towards the busy road near by. Bakery makes fabulous bread and pastry daily. Our two bedroom apartment was cosy but nice and clean with comfy beds.

Staff. Locals told us that there are two shifts. One great and the other.... not unpleasant, just not trained well. If you order something you will eventually get it but don't expect someone to come back and ask if you like something else. The restaurant closes at 9PM(!!!) which in the middle of the tourist season is quiet unbelievable. Seen lot of people coming for dinner and being turned away after 8:30PM.

Great accommodation and play to stay. Huge playground for children outside and superb kitchen. Everything was as it should have been and me and my family came very relaxed and in good mood from this place :)

Awesome mountain cottage in a beautiful valley right by the road! Super new building and everything still smells new. Mini-farm with bunnies, sheeps and goats + playground just behind the hotel, next to a tiny stream. Like a painting :) Breakfast was paid separately and it was good, but the more you order, they count every dish for an extra €5 I think, not like with buffet breakfasts usually in hotels that are all you can eat. But it was okay. The rooms and the restaurant look beautiful. The waitresses wear aprons with the same design as the curtains - such an amazing design choice. :) The whole place is very picturesque and the bathroom looks simply luxurious. I felt very good in the rooms. In the ground floor, there is a bakery and you get your breakfast bread freshly baked locally which is absolutely amazing. You can buy more freshly baked pastries from the bakery's window.

When we arrived, the door leading to the reception was locked. So we went into the restaurant to ask where we can check in and say that we have a booking - the waitress was SUPER UNFRIENDLY. She needs a customer-service crash-course. I politely greeted her and said what I would like. She gave me this very unwelcoming face expression which, accordingly, made me feel very unwelcome. As if I was disturbing her peace (the restaurant was empty so it's not like she was super busy). She led us in through the other door and upstairs, because weirdly enough, the "front" desk is upstairs in a little office. I'm assuming a late-night check in would also not have been possible. Luckily though, the front desk lady in that office was smiling, welcoming and generally very friendly. The next day, as I was coming back to my room from breakfast, still before 10 AM, a woman stopped me on the corridor with "Sorry, can you please pay me?". It took me a few seconds to understand that she is working the front desk, and explained that she needs to leave soon so would like to get the paperwork done before the check out time... She was not unkind, just the message got a weird delivery because of her broken English. Nothing too bad, just really confusing for the first few seconds, haha. Breakfast took very long to arrive, infact, they took long minutes to even bring us the breakfast menu and the omelette seemed to be more onions than eggs... One of the rooms wasn't with a king bed and if you push the beds together there is a huge gap... Luckily the weather was quite chilly because I think without air conditioning, the roof-rooms might overheat a lot on hot summer days.
