Lovely and clean. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful.

It was expensive considering there were no parking facilities. Our extended family stayed in another property very nearby. It was much larger, had parking for up to four cars and a garage to store all of our bikes in and it cost less than minafon.

A beautiful house, with plenty of room. The house is ideally situated, set a street away from the main road, central to everything in Llanberis. There are lots of eating places literally around the corner, bars, shops, chemists, bus stops. Couldn't be better placed. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics needed, tea, coffee and sugar was there on our arrival. The welcome basket included two laundry pods, two dishwasher tablets, a packet of Welshcakes, a visitor's book and the manual.

It would have been beneficial of drying clothes outside, but appreciate the garden is very small. However, there is a nice seating area out there. We only just managed to catch the recycling collection, but missed the bin collection. A note in the book would have been helpful, othewise the next guests would be faced with full recycling bins, a nuisance if you are there for a few days stay. Car parking is something of an issue as there is limited room on the streets.

the place is comfortable and clean, it is very near to all the amenities , restaurants and the train station going up to the mountain. Bus stop is near too .The properly itself is lovely, comfortable beds , spacious rooms , kitchen and toilet . There is also a washing machine which is a great help esp after our activities in the mountain . Good communication with the property owner .Very good wifi signal . tips : 1.read the welcome black folder in the kitchen area on how to turn on the shower. there are 3 pull strings in the toilet , the middle one is to turn on the shower . 2. I love cooking ,if u plan to cook bring ur ingredients , there is limited amenities in the SPAR store 3. if u plan longer stay and have limited clothes to bring , just bring a laundry soap there’s a big space in the washing machine area to hang ur clothes 4. there is a dishwasher but we didn’t use it, I prefer washing cutleries manually 😁, so bring ur own sponge 🧽.there is two pcs of dishwasher tablets and two laundry tablets probably not enough for ur whole stay so try to bring extra 5. there is no shampoo or bath soap , try to bring save ur time from shopping around . it’s is house not a hotel so I already expected that it will be not included , it’s not a problem for us 😊

there is no dedicated parking but u can park beside the house along the road which is not too hard. the owner will give u instructions near ur check in time .

Lovely cozy family and pet friendly orientated home. Very centrally situated in Llanberis, a stone's throw from shops, pubs and walking trails. The bus stop for the Sherpa bus is, more or less, 150 yards away. The owner, was extremely helpful when the front door wouldn't lock, just adds a nice touch to our stay when the owner takes time out of their busy schedule to pop around when messaged for assistance.

There were no dislikes.

Location was perfect for us, and it was great to be able to take the dogs. Lovely to have the outside space too and it was overall a very nice cottage which was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfy, it was very clean and well presented and the big laundry room was very useful. It felt like good value for money for the weekend. I could also see the hosts had responded to some feedback from previous reviews on here (like fixing a lock to the back gate) which was really good to see. Hosts were very helpful ahead of our stay although we didn't actually get chance to contact them once we were there, but I'm sure they would have helped if we had asked!

The front door lock could be difficult to use and some instructions on how to use the oven/heating/hot water etc would have helped us out a bit. We did struggle to get enough hot water for everyone to have a shower, but probably because we hadn't done something right, so putting that kind of info in the welcome pack would have made life easier (we didn't actually ask the hosts to help with this and if we had I'm sure they would have - we were just a bit busy and we decided we could manage so accept that was our choice!). A few more pans would have been handy and a spare tea towel/washing up brush etc. It would also have been useful to have some basic condiments (oil, salt, pepper) as we travelled by public transport and so didn't have space to carry lots of things, then ended up trying to buy it once we got there and not having room to take it away. These are minor points really though and overall we were very happy with our stay.

The house and location are excellent. The beds are clean and comfortable. The drying room was an added bonus.

There is no hairdryer. The hob needs sorting and instructions for the heating in the welcome book would be good.

A great little cottage. Everything we needed. Great location and lovely and clean. Kids loved the attic room.

Would maybe benefit from single chairs at the dining table. They would have worked better for us.

The house was absolutely lovely. It was cozy and clean. The location was also excellent, the views from the property were stunning.

Back gate needs a lock of some kind . Had to take dog out in the back garden on lead as gate has no latch ? Lovely big black clock in kitchen needs a battery as it currently isn't working.
