Fantastic location, views from the balcony were excellent, couches and beds were very comfortable.

The apartment was perfect in every way. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds with quality bedding. The deck area and view were outstanding.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stunning view of the lake. Great wrap around deck. close to all the attractions.

BBQ was unusable due to roaches. Water leak in kitchen by dishwasher that one of us slipped on. Man yelling obscenities in the house below from 3pm till 1 am. Called police. They showed up and it was quiet till they left then the guy proceeded to yell up the hill at us. Very unsettling.

The Views were stunning 🤩, loved the throw overs and the beds were absolutely comfortable. Plenty of space inside and out. The place come with complimentary items which we appreciated.

We were there for work pitty we couldn’t stay longer.

Very good area with friendly hosts and beautiful view. Everything you need, cosy and perfect for a breakaway.

The views are stunning. the deck is lovely. The hosts paid lots of attention to detail to provide little comforts and made us feel spoilt. The unit had everything we needed and was clean spacious and modern.

Lovely to have some condiments in the cupboard for use. Welcomed with some lovely nibbles and a bottle of wine

The washing machine wasn't working, we informed the Owners, as they weren't aware.

Not much to say as my friends and I enjoyed pretty much everything.

Only 2 things we thought were missing was an outdoor heater of some sort and better/brighter lighting pointed at the metal table.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing and the host extremely accomodating friendly and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about it and we are looking forward to staying here again the next time we are working in Rotorua
