Freundlicher Empfang. Schönes Zimmer in perfekter Umgebung um Athen zu erkunden. Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und ein sauberes, schönes Bad. Frühstück war a la Carte und sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Location was perfect. Decor was nice.

We arrived at 1:00am to find no one there. The entrance locked. We were not informed of how to get in. We felt stranded and tired. Very upset. Thankfully our driver helped us.

Excellent location - interesting but limited breakfast.

Too much hair from previous occupants on the floors. Aircon broke down 3 times which meant staying in room all afternoon until it was eventually fixed.

I stayed in 3 rooms and in 2 of them there was too much hair left from previous occupants. The ‘hairiest’ rooms I’ve ever stayed in!

Localização fantástica! Perto de diversos restaurantes e bares. Da para fazer todas as atrações a pé. Chuveiro ótimo. Quarto bonito. Deixam uma garrafa de vinho de cortesia. Tem chaleira com café solúvel no quarto.

Por ficar perto de bares tem um pouco de barulho, mas isto não me incomoda. Sono primeiro andar, portanto tem algumas escadas. Mas achei tudo excelente, nada atrapalhou a minha estadia.

The TV didn't work. The door handle to the bathroom fell off. We reported these faults but they were not fixed. Disappointing. Mattress was very hard. Air conditioner struggled at times during the night. Too expensive.

Nice room, comfortable, they called me a cab for very early in the morning, in walking distance of Acropolis

The air conditioning did not work and it was 100 degrees out. The room was so hot we could not sleep. Asked the staff to look at it and they turned it off and turned it back on, which did not help at all.

nothing. we booked an executive room and we were offered a very small, poorly furnished one. there was no wardrobe, we kept our clothes packed in the suitcases placed on the floor!!!

Location was great but the rooms were very small!!! Breakfast was ok nothing to fancy!!! We we’re vegetarian and had not option!!! I don’t eat eggs so they didn’t have anything just bread butter….

We booked a 3 person room but the sofa bed was not provided, (although specified in the room info), instead it was a two seater which was not appropriate as a bed and too small for a 12 year old (feet and head over the ends).

Perfect location in the Plaka area just 2 mins walk away from Hadrian's Gate and 5 mins away from Monastriki. Beautifully decorated room in Rococo baroque style fit for royalty. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Worth re booking it.

The Air con was a bit of low power it was tremendously hot and the AC was not cool enough. Just that otherwise it was a super nice stay.

Right in the Plaka. Great breakfast at ROH restaurant (included) All restaurants, tavernas and shops within walking distance.

Pros - Location was perfect, in Plaka, resaurants and shops nearby - Room was clean, and cleaned every day - staff were friendly - AC was great, and it was hot while we were there - Breakfast was outstanding.

The room was small, too small, No room for a chair, had to bend over and walk sideways to get around the bed - two times people with keys opened our door while we were sleeping, once at 11:30pm saying they were there to fix something - the lift was for luggage only, my wife with mobility problems had to walk up two flights of stairs - scalding hot water could not be controlled with knob settings - wifi spotty at best - no lobby or onsite contact person - no shower mat or extra towel - shelves on wall were slanted so couldn't set heavier items on them - renovations not complete or done well.

Breakfast was very good.
