The location was good, the room was clean and the staff was friendly
The room was not soundproof at all, you can hear literally everything that's going on in the corridor and the other way around.
The worst part is that the cleaning crew started cleaning at 8 in the morning, and they made an awful amount of noise.
Bring earplugs and don't plan on sleeping very long in the morning.

Very good location on Niki street, friendly staff and modern rooms.
Shower glass pane wasn’t large enough to stop water seeping out but it wasn’t too bad.

The Niki hotel is very well located to Plaka, Syntagma, public transport and high-street shopping.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception staff are very knowledgeable regarding Athens and surrounds which is extremely helpful to tourists.
The rooms are of a decent size with very comfortable beds and hospitality tray, and good quality toiletries are supplied.

Excellent location - in heart of the old city. The top floor panoramic room was amazing - great space and beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. The manager Miriam was also very helpful - with advice on what to do and when. Also a good breakfast.

The location of the hotel is simply amazing, we were able to walk to the acropolis and many restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities were just around the corner! The staff is phenomenal and the food in the restaurant is amazing, also the breakfast is very good!
We stayed for 4 days, for this amount of time the room was a little bit too small and we didn't really had an opportunity to put our clothes.

At First we went in a very small room and we noticed a strange smell.
We asked for another room and staff was very polite and in the same time we changed the room

We arrived around 3 am and there was already someone at desk who helped us check-in pretty quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the whole journey. Great location (Very centric) and really good breakfast.
Shower didn't have a proper curtain or wall, so taking a shower means getting the whole bathroom area wet, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, all good.

I had booked a room for two nights. There was a plumbing problem the first night but the staff were very kind and moved me to a super room with an incredible view the next day

This was our third stay in Niki Hotel. This time we spent the New Year's Eve in Athens. The staff (especially Laura, I hope I got the name right:)) was so helpful about everything especially at finding tables. Every tavern/restaurant was packed due to holiday season. The location is perfect, you are very close to Plaka, Ermou Street is a minute away, Syntagma is around the corner... Though the hotel is at a very lively neighbourhood, the room was very quiet which is all you need after a long day in Athens...
