The breakfast were very good. Location for what we were doing met our expectation. Location to the pleasure beach was fine.

Intiially, one of the rooms had noises comng from the wall like water running. After discussing this with the management the noise stopped. Rooms were smaller than expected. One room had little space around the toilet.

That the washbasin was in the bedroom- not in the bathroom.

They wouldn't do us breakfast even though we ask , there was a noise in the bedroom that started about 11pm a load buzzen type

We were stuck on the top floor with a 3year old

From arrival to leaving the owners & staff were brilliant. They could not do enough to help & were very efficient. Meals were well made, fresh & a good size.

Cannot think of anything at all.

On the seafront and handy for all amenities. Very clean and everyone was very friendly

The Rooms & bathroom was SMALL,,

The people running it were so friendly, they were always available if we needed anything although we hardly ever did because the hotel was already so well put together. The rooms had everything we needed and were very clean.

It was so good there's nothing really to say.

Exactly what i had hoped for~ a traditional UK Seaside Resort B&B~ in a perfect location and it's very cosy. Friendly staff :)

GOING OUTSIDE!!! Traditional British weather too~ twas a little blustery to say the least. We had a bit of snow thus it was rather cold... but this added to the memories :)

Warm welcome on arrival, shown bar area, where to go for breakfast & booked a time slot, staff even chatted to children, due to not many guests was able to park behind hotel. Family Room comfortable beds, Excellent tea coffee & hot chocolate + biscuits in room, due to covid restrictions of cleaning room in stay they provide washing up liquid, cloth, tea towel, it was no problem to ask at reception for more milk ect. The breakfast was Excellent lovely choice, nothing was to much trouble to sort child's needs the waitress was outstanding 10/10.

2nd day the hot water only ran Lukewarm but we was told night before there was a problem with one of the boilers. But the heating was fine everywhere was lovely & warm.
