Not ONE chair to sit in...how many people older than 65 yrs prefer to sit on a bed?

The atmosphere was great

I like very much the great decoration of the rooms and the place. The beds are comfortable and it is clean. The staff was friendly. Close to the sport center.

No many amenities near by

It was clean and looked brand new

Modern funky hotel (one pillow on sofa has POW! on it) a minute from river and downtown. Very friendly receptionist helpful with local places to eat.

Cost of food

All the staff was very professional and accommodating! It started to snow when we arrived and the valet parking was prompt and efficient. The front desk agent was fantastic, I forget his name but he was working sat. Jan 20 at 3:30 pm- shout out to him. The property was so fun! Lots of unique wall Paper , a cool lobby bar & roof top bar. There was even a DJ playing in the lobby ! Very fun for a girls weekend!

Got the room I had requested, front desk was very accomodating and friendly! Great location in the city, nice views. Love the decor and theme of this hotel not cookie cutter like others.

Not sure why the in-room trash cans dont have bags in them.

Clean, walking distance to Brown University and College Hill, friendly and helpful staff, view of the Riverwalk from our room.

Need a better snack option with microwaveable choices. Should have breakfast!

Schöne neue Zimmer (wie auf den Fotos), professionelles freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, Sauber. Sehr gute Unterkunft! Würde wieder kommen.

- Rooftop Bar war nur bis 4pm geöffnet. Etwas Schade, wenn man nur eine Nacht hat und Checkin ab 3pm ist. - Kühlschrank im Zimmer ziemlich laut. Konnte aber trotzdem gut schlafen.

Modern property!

We have never been at a property that disables your room key at noon! This was in spite of asking for a late checkout where we were rudely told that they could extend it up to 12:30 after which we would be charged an extra day!

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and modernly furnished. The furnishings looked new. The hotel had a good-sized lobby bar and there was an outdoor courtyard and roof bar. Great location! Garrahy Courthouse Parking Structure was 0.1 mi on Clifford St. and self-parking was $20. The Providence Innovation District Park and Providence River Walk are across the street from the hotel. The Remembrance Garden of Greater Providence is approximately 500 ft. and Memorial Park and RISD Museum is a 0.4 mi walk. Numerous restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, funky, decent size room & lovely girl on reception.

Valet guys were rude & couldn’t care less.

Not good breakfast, we always headed out to eat in the mornings.

Me and my husband came for WaterFire and stayed here. I really loved the vibe, it reminded me of Moxy which we've stayed at in Boston. There was a huge sitting area outside with tables/Umbrellas/and hammocks, there was also corn hole to play. The room was a nice size, we had a king bed which was very comfortable. the way the room was decorated was very retro and I loved it. It was 80's night when we were there so they had a huge movie screen out on the lawn to watch Back To The Future which I thought was cute. We went up top to the rooftop restaurant during the day just to take pictures and they let us thankfully, it was a nice view, next time I want to go when it's dark though. This hotel is in walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and bars. We parked at the parking garage they recommended on their website for only $20 for 24 hour parking which was awesome. The coffee was decent in the morning. Overall we liked this hotel and would definitely come back.

Clean, modern, nice river view, nice rooftop bar with good food, terrific location.

Parking at $35/day, so we made other arrangements.
