Die gesamte Einrichtung war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Kundenservice war telefonisch schnell zu erreichen und war überaus freundlich, schnell und kompetent!

Leider gingen die beiden Steckdosen beim Bett nicht (Zimmer 5). Das Problem ist bekannt, da mit einem Verlängerungskabel dann wenigstens eine Steckdose genutzt werden konnte. Ich bin jedoch der Meinung, dass so etwas schnell behoben werden könnte.

The two apartments we stayed in were lovely and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Couple advertised items were not there when we arrived but provided within minutes of alerting the owners. There is an Aldi and a Neto supermarket within walking distance which were convenient for gathering provisions for our stay. There is also cafes and restaurant within walking distance and a Turkish kiosk with very friendly members of staff. The accommodation members of staff we met were very friendly, going out their way to help and answer any questions. There is a bus stop just outside the accommodation which took you into the centre of Hannover, and ran frequently. A tram stop is a little bit further away but another option for getting to and from the accommodation. It was also a pleasant walk into Hannover, passing the river and park. Would not hesitate to book this accommodation again anytime we are back in Hannover.

Only a suggestion, perhaps the curtains in the apartments could be thicker to block out the light especially with the early sunrise in the summer.

Das Konzept finde ich super! Man hat sein eigenes Zimmer und teilt sich die Küche und die Bäder. Aber es ist schick eingerichtet und alles sauber gehalten. Ich fand’s top

Die Unterkunft hatte eine gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Von innen ganz gut eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht.

Es ist 2024 und die Unterkunft spart anscheinend an einer guten Internet Verbindung. W lan war zwar da, aber man ist immer rausgeflogen und konnte nichts damit anfangen. Egal zu welchen Zeiten. Andere Gäste waren bis spät abends sehr laut und haben keine Rücksicht auf andere genommen. Morgens wurde bereits viel gebraten und gekocht was an einem Tag sogar zum auslösen des Feuermelders geführt hat. Es hat Nacht Öl gestunken und die Leute waren sehr laut. Das Bett knarzte sehr schlimm bei jeder Bewegung

Einfachere überwiegend auf Handwerker zugeschnittene Unterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum und Kochgelegenheit. Teilweise Gemeinschaftsbäder. Unser Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Alles fast neu, alles sehr sauber. Insgesamt hellhöriges Haus. Keine Parkplätze, keine Rezeption, keine Getränkeverkauf, kein Frühstücksangebot.

Super.The service staff was very good and helped to solve all the problems that arose with the reservation. I thank them very much.

Shower cabins are designed for men and women to wash together. This is very bad.
