Clean and warm with everything we needed.
Not too sure about the washing machine in the lounge area but do understand the added practicality it gives

Loved the caravan.... super comfy beds, good quality bedding and spotless throughout. Had everything we needed and could have happily stayed longer.
Options of food limited - shop only sells pizza and garlic bread and the food in the restaurant I found quite expensive for what it was. Would defo recommend eating in the caravan as much as possible or finding somewhere liable. (Walnut Tree down the road is fab).
Booking of swimming is fine but when we were only there for such a short time I think reception probably should have told us we needed to book ... luckily I managed to squeeze the kids in for a swim as I explained we were only there for a short visit.

Great venue and location accommodation very clean and comfortable
Issue with bathroom light works sometimes other times not. Not a huge issue and easy fix.

Affordable, clean and had majority of what we needed.
Christie, the owner, went above and beyond to support me with my allergies, making sure the van was cleaned and ready without the use of fragranced products, she was very kind and attentive in this matter.
Lack of blind on door and we could have made use of a dustpan and brush. We used one of our own tea towels for a shower mat as well! A welcome pack and local attractions information would have been good too!

Great base for our visit to an event nearby. Everything you might need is there and the accommodation is also very clean. Communication with the owner was great and checkin was very smooth.
We did not use any of the park facilities so I can't comment on those.
Can't think of anything! But in case you don't like geese, be aware. There are many roaming this park.

Perfect little getaway. It was home from home location was great, it was close to the local town and close to bognor Regis so great for a day out.
There isn't anything. It's a shame the club house was closed for maintenance however, we will be definitely going back next year with the kids

although it’s an older van it was spotless and very comfortable. great location highly recommend the pub down the road the willow tree food amazing

Made to feel very welcome, had a phone call on arrival with useful information about location and facilities. The accommodation had lots of extras like teabags, sugar and shampoos. Would definitely book again, thank you Christine 😊

The host was exceptionally helpful and easy to get hold of.
The chalet was very neat and clean, with easy parking.
Perfect for a weekend away.
There was a slight issue with not being able to get through the security barrier but that was due to the fact we arrived to check in late in the evening and no reflection on the host. Just something to be aware of if arriving after 5pm.
A minor criticism is that there was nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom.

All necessary facilitirs provided and available. Very clean and well laid out. Plenty of room in llimge and kitchren areas.
