Staff were friendly and helpful. Microwave and vending machine available if required. Room was fine.

I think this was a one off but unfortunately I had to get them to replace the sheets as they weren’t 100 %clean as they should have been. Staff were very apologetic. It was much nicer than some other hostels. Unfortunately I was disturbed just after midnight by someone entering a room and moving/scraping a chair and the same thing again shortly after 0500.

Location central, host very pleasant and welcoming, one of our party lost their keys and was recut and replaced free of charge.

This is a small hostel close to Casini run by an exceptionally kind and welcoming gentleman. He kindly offered to pick me up from the train station and was there attentive throughout my entire stay of 6 nights.

Walls are truly thin, so you should be prepared to hear some noise from neighbours. No problem for me but if you are sensitive to noise, this may be disturbing.

The hotel was clean , the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was amiable and provided all the information required for the stay.

The access could be better and the room on the second floor was a bit high but it was fine for the one night stay!
