The location, the security, the ocean view and the pool. The house had hot water to take showers, that was nice. The staff were very nice and worked hard to help address any issues that came up. The pool staff was amazing and very helpful. The security guards in Aqua are excellent and even gave me a walking tour of the area. The spa staff are amazing especially Maria! I highly recommend booking massages. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and clean. The ocean water is warm and had a great time splashing in the waves with the children. Our family got to see monkeys, crabs and other wildlife in our yard. Overall nature view 10/10.

The ants and wasps in the house. The dryer left stains on the clothes - couldn't use it. The window treatments were dirty and/or broken in the upstairs bedrooms. The house was not clean upon arrival as the bedrooms were full of bugs, however the mid-week cleaning did a nice job. My kids had to sleep in the master bedroom for a few nights as the a/c was broken upon arrival in their room. They did replace the unit though, but it should have been done prior to arrival. The master toilet leaked water all over the floor. My husband showed them how to properly replace the broken valve. The toaster oven and coffee pot are very old and should be replaced. The cabinet under the kitchen sink is very gross and needs a deep cleaning. Some of the windows do not lock, therefore a raccoon kept coming into the house until we stuck a stick in the window to keep it shut. Also the safe in the master suite does not work, something to keep in mind for tourists that need to lock up money and passports. The beach is a 5-10 min walk from the house and is not suitable for the elderly. My parents had a very hard time going to the beach. Also the beach restaurant is very nice however service is extremely slow and the food is very expensive up to $25 USD per meal. I recommend going to Playa Gigante for a few nice but less expensive restaurants.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property! The views were spectacular. Very easy place to stay as an escape from stress. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself.

This place is best visited with transportation. Walking to restaurants was at least 30 minutes through woods and beaches. When visiting, bring a lot of food (including coffee) with you to save needing to walk to Gigante. The frequent power outages might impact this, though (this place does not have a generator).

Amazing house with an incredible view of the ocean, was absolutely amazing. The house was very big and beautiful. Kitchen well equipt and lots of water provided. The staff came to clean pool and check the ph every day. Amazing place in the middle of the forest, we also saw monkeys in wild! Happy the construction did not disturb that. Beach bar on Rodonda Bay inside the complex was great, cocktails and food!

The road after entrance to complex was not good, dirt road lots of holes and mud (rainy season now), then there was a part of the road to the houses with stone so ok. My father is 83 and he can walk ok, but the distance from the parking to the house was about 50 meters, and because of the rain was quite slippery. On Booking it only said private parking but not this distance so had my parents gone alone, would have been a bit of a problem also to unload the suitcases.
