The stairs are too many🤣 for elderly

Perfect guest house minutes away from the front of Swansea bay.
The three bedrooms are big and the beds are excellent quality.
There's a bathroom with a bath and shower and an ensuite with a shower and toilet and then another toilet upstairs,
which is perfect when there's a few people staying
It has a washing machine which has been a good extra!
We met the host and she was lovely.
I would recommend this place, I will definitely be staying here again.

there are three levels of stairs and quite dangerous for young toddlers. But we know ahead of the stay so it is not a complain at all.

The house is very nice and clean. It has two complete bathrooms. The third has no shower or bathtub, but that’s more than enough.
Our experience with the host is not positive. We communicated effectively only before the check in. After that only late or no responses. I asked for a receipt for being refunded (we travelled for work) and I’m still waiting.

Self catering but the frying pan was too small . Kitchen utensils were not provided , no kitchen scissors, cuttlery, breakfast bowls not provided.

Loved having plenty of space for our family group of six adults to spread out after a long day in a car or walking around markets. This is great place in a very good location just outside downtown. I would be thrilled to use it again if I'm every back in Swansea.

nothing, not to like. if one thing and me being a bit dim, in one of the bedrooms the blinds had been maybe a little previously twisted and I didn’t want to give them a good yank , so they didn’t lay flat at the window . Did not by any means impact my stay
