Die Lage direkt an der Promenade ist toll. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer traumhaft, sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr praktisch

Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, morgens waren die Nachbarn zu hören und die Anlieferungen für die Restaurants, aber dafür wohnt man halt sehr zentral.

Location is perfect. The apartment was a great size although we sadly did not get one with a sea view. Value for money was good. Everything you could need from an apartment was available, all your creature comforts. This is the first apartment I have stayed in on holiday and I think we may have been very lucky with it. The host was good for contact, very responsive aside from the shower issue. All in all very happy. Fallen in love with Las Palmas and already rebooted for next Feb 😀 Beach on doorstep is amazing, the taco place is perfect for a snacky beach lunch at €1 per taco. We happened to book over carnival weekend too. Fab experience. Sunsets here are beautiful.

Showers didn't drain causing issues with water flooding the bathroom. If this did not happen I would have rated the place 10/10, but it's a little difficult when you have something like this happen and it isn't addressed.

Perfect location, spacious and modern apartment, comfortable beds, quiet yet close to everything- the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Great value for money.

Slight unpleasant smell from bathroom

Lots of good facilities within the apartment. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. Also very secure and safe. The facility of parking the car in the underground garage, as car parking is difficult in the area. The apartment is also great location for access to the beach!

The WiFi kept dropping out randomly. There was no vacuum cleaner so the rugs got dirty very quickly. The car parking space was tight. It took two of us to navigate around the other cars, pillars, and in relative darkness to get into a small parking space. But overall this wasn’t enough to put us off the apartment, it was beautiful and worth every penny.

Lovely apartment, the pictures don’t do it justice. Well equipped kitchen plenty of space, nice views.

if your bringing a car make sure it’s a small one, the parking space is very small.
