needs a deep clean- trash outside and just didn’t feel clean when we entered. really needs attention especially with a 200 dollar cleaning fee. also the instructions for the house didn’t apply to our house . for example- we were told not to touch the heating and air units and do everything through the thermostat. there was no thermostat. the main room has a bed and a couch and a tv that can’t be seen from the bed and couch at the same time. the outside area really needed attention as well

Gorgeous! Far exceeded even our loftiest expectations!

Everything ! the private yard, the kitchen, the loft upstairs, everything was just so nice! I wish I lived there!

location, value, cleanliness, and style of home inside/out

We had to search for bath towels, as they weren’t conveniently in bathroom area. We found clean towels still in drier. Other then the bed, toilet, and shower no other amenities were used during our stay. There were no ODD smells in home. Over we enjoyed our cool night sleep in comfy beds.

really cozy

The property was cosy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. There were excellent facilities outdoors too and overall it was a lovely place to stay. Nice big screen TV and a sofa, which you can pull away from the wall into position. The place was pet friendly and great for the dog. When it was a bit chilly in the morning there is a very useful gas fire to warm the house up. The kitchen was really well equipped and you could easily make some great meals in there. Having a door-code instead of a key was also very helpful as you could never get locked out and didn't have to bother remembering your key each time you left the house. The location was very useful with a gas station and some lovely coffee shops only a short walk/drive away.

Some better information about the items available there would have helped (where things are etc - spare towels, blankets, toilet paper was in a very small cupboard that I completely overlooked). The parking spot on the gravel is useful but one side was very steep and damaged the front bumper of my rental car a few times. The 'hot tub' wasn't really a hot tub and a bit misleading - it's just a deep shower tray/bath really. The room scents were very strong and we unplugged them for most of the trip. These are mostly minor things though. I thought the place was great.
