The staff could not be nicer and showed genuine concern that we had a pleasant stay.

Opened door and smoking smell hit us in the face. I requested a different room but was told the property was sold out. Suggested we be offered a discount but was told she could not do that. Someone had taken desk chair out of the room. Had no place to sit except on bed. Had to take a chair from the lobby to our room. No ice bucket. Had to ask for one at front desk.

The vinyl floor didn't feel clean and the bed was lumpy. OK for a one night stay.

I had a personal friend get into a life threatening car accident, and I spoke with the check-in staff and asked politely for a refund or even partial since I was only there for under 2 hours. I was told she would reach out to me once she spoke with her boss and they never did, full charge. For less than 2 hours of time at the hotel.
