Good location, that’s about it

The WiFi didn’t work. The people at Vacassa checking us in were rude and really awful to work with. The unit wasn’t very clean. And there was a gas leak in the building while we were there that made us sick and the FD had to come and asked us to evacuate.

the room was ready on time and reasonably clean.

had to carry luggage up stairs. there was no heat. the tv did not work because the internet wasnt working. the internet wasnt working because the plug for the router is behind the bed and its impossible to lay in the bed without unplugging the router.

The location was quiet and secure, which was appreciated. Vacasa's hotline was readily available and effectively addressed any issues that arose during the stay

The rental experience was affected by issues primarily associated with the owner. Inaccurate information, including the wrong pool code and a repair of broken door lock, were notable inconveniences. Furthermore, the room's uncomfortably cold temperature indicated a need for thicker bedding. Thankfully, we had blankets in the car. An additional full-length body mirror would greatly enhance convenience. Additionally, navigating the booking website was challenging due to the lack of helpful information, contributing to overall frustration.

i love how convenient and centrally located it was to all of 30a. it also felt like a safe area.they also offer a shuttle service to the private beach of seacrest.

needs better garbage disposal access for guests, the room needs better light blockage I.e blackout curtains, and more blankets. all they had was a thin sheet.

Dreadful. Impossible checkin process, waited outside for an hour in freezing cold temps. Asked two different people how to find the building number. Unhelpful customer service. Finally got in and rushed inside for a hot bath. No hot water, no towels, soap dispensers all empty. Left immediately
