The location was great. It was very clean and comfortable. It was also easy to get in and out of the apartment with your gear to the car. There are TVs in every room, and everything looks quite new. The staff were also very nice and accommodating.

The kitchen is quite small. It was also lacking in some items, including cutting boards, water glasses (too few), more than one tea towel, closed food containers, cooking oil, and salt & pepper. It would have been nice to have a couple of throw blankets for the sofa, cleaning rags to wipe up any spills or dirt, a proper bin (I'd suggest two - one for recycling), bin liners for each day, and dishwashing soap for each day. We did ask for extra bin liners, olive oil and dishwashing tablets and they gave them to us with no problem - it's probably just a matter of understanding what guests need/expect to be available when staying in a self-catered apt. Impt to note that there is no washing machine in the apt - but you can ask to have your laundry cleaned.

Amazing view to the mountains

The chalet is beautiful, safe and clean, I would recommend staying in it, and a special thanks to Juliette and Lea for the reception and hospitality

The apartments look out onto Mont Blanc and the glacier and have picnic tables and deck chairs on an attractive wooden terrace. it was immaculately clean. Mariano looks after the apartments, was welcoming and helpful.

The kitchen- sitting area was small. The apartment sleeps 6 ( 3 double beds) but would feel cramped with 6 people. The walls are very thin so even quiet talking carries. The kitchen was simply equipped. No microwave and very little work surface so food prep was on the table. Other than the fridge, no cupboard space for food. Each bedroom had a single, shelved unit for clothing and no hanging space. If you were staying for more than a few days, storage would be tight. There’s no washing machine.

Host was very friendly and helpful! accomodation has a great view and scenery! the place was well equipped, even the cars could be parked in a covered parking spot.

Quiet, well equiped accommodation with stunning view on surrounding mountains. Friendly personnel, nice rooms, private spa on top of that. Next year we definitely come again, no reason to search for anything else.

Apartment itself was nice

Location very poor. There is no transport do not come here without a car. Staff a bit aggressive, asked for a ridiculously huge deposit outside of booking.com before arrival which wasn’t mentioned before, and it’s a non refundable booking so you can’t decide to stay somewhere else if you don’t have a spare 2k lying around for the deposit. Staff Didn’t tell us the spa required booking so it’s not really available as another family had just booked the whole week. Passive aggressive notes all around make you afraid to use the apartment (don’t scratch the service, don’t do this, etc etc- all obvious no need for the notes.) they also insisted we take out the bins, but the nearest bins are a 20 minute walk away. I’m a guest this is not Airbnb! & finally, condensation on the windows meant they dripped, and the window is above the master bed. Constant dripping sound and getting woken up by cold water to the face. We put a towel under the blind to fix it

Modernity of apartments and fittings. Great view of the Mont Blanc valley. Large terrace. Quiet picturesque neighbourhood, yet not too far from Ski lifts and small village. Sauna is super nice after a long day on the mountain!

The three bed apartment could really use a sofa or more comfortable seating. Quite small communal area when apartment's at capacity with adults. Longish walk down an icy (albeit beautiful) track to the bus stop. Unfortunately there were no discount codes for the QC Therne spa left for us.

Everything was great.

Clean, modern apartments. well equipped. Helpful staff living in building. 10 mins drive to most of the ski areas.

WiFi was poor. No internet access most of the time. Covered parking, but hard to get into. Access road in very poor condition. If arriving after 7 will need to bring provisions as no shops nearby or open.

Brand new rooms, looks like the Chalet started its operation this year. The view on the mountains is amazing, the place is causy and Andrè (the receptionist) always helpful and alert to address your needs.

It would be helpful to have more expendibles in the room (soaps, toilet paper etc.) so that the guests would not need to run out and frequently ask for more (always, however, the requests were addressed instantly).
