Friendly host 🤗 and homely

Really comfortable place to stay and very convenient. Quiet and had a lovely garden out front. Extremely easy to coordinate check in and out. Recommend!

Location

Great location right in the center of town. Gated community with great facilities and nice landscaping and property maintenance. After staying in hostels it was a nice change of pace to have my own little apartment to myself for a little more peace and quiet to unwind. Short walking distance from both the Bob Marley museum and the Dubwise cafe where there's good food and entertainment to be found most nights. Great value for the price.

Poor Wifi

I like the location of the property. It is neatly tucked away yet so close to many amenities. I love the remote check in and safely measures (locks and cameras). The host was also friendly.

Parking is limited but it works.

WiFi was in and out and they take cash only. Checkout was a little difficult. Maybe because it was Xmas.

The location was very nice I must say … the location appeared to be peaceful and safe I would definitely recommend..

The parking arrangement was not ideal…in the sense I had to come out of my room to allow other guests to drive out their cars ..

I have to write 3 sentences. There was nothing good about booking this apartment. I liked that I received a refund and left.

First, we had to wait more than 4h for check-in. Eventually we were allowed to drop off our bags and return in the evening to use the lock-box. The lock-box that was containing the key was broken and anyone could have opened the apartment and stolen our things. When we arrived, the window/door to the balcony was slightly open in the middle of a hurricane. When we tried to close it, it fell out (it was clearly broken before and just slid as close as possible to appear ok). When we called the owner, she was incredibly rude, did not want to help. She offered we could get a refund and leave or stay for full price. No help in trying to fix the situation, just a lot of sassy attitude and no empathy for our situation. In the middle of the night in a hurricane, we then had to find a new accomodation that would host us. The owner was making a lot of excuses afterwards and clearly not understanding that this was a frightening and unsafe situation she put us in in a foreign country. I understand that the door wasn't purposefully broken and that it was also troublesome for the owner, but sorry, you are responsible for the safety of your guests and that was unacceptable.
