Loved the old wooden floors and comfy beds
It was advertised with a bath which was gone . I don’t have a bath so I bought bath bombs etc was looking for forward to a soak.a cigarette fell out of the couch I thought it was non smoking .

Felt very relaxed and was close to the shops, not bad area for a walk also
Shower was only installed couple days before we arrived and water pressure wasn't great slught leak under the tray and cistern on toilet was leaking landlord couldn't have been more helpful though top bloke very responsive to texts or calls

Great location, a short walk to the Botanic gardens, down to the bars and restaurants in Byres Rd, total 20-25 minutes. if you need anything, there are Spar and Londis mini- markets a couple of minutes away. Very spacious and comfortable house. Would book again
One of the guests remarked on the detailed cleaning . I didn't notice anything amiss.

Lots of space and beds were super comfortable! Having 2 living areas was very handy with a group of 4 adults. Also good to have 2 convenience stores within close proximity. Nicholas was lovely to deal with and very helpful!
Some of the heaters upstairs didn’t work and the shower wasn’t great - temperature difficult to control and limited flow.

We liked the size of the property and we were provided with all the essential facilities for our stay. The property was close to plenty of shops and restaurants which was excellent for the family
The cleanliness of the property wasn’t exactly great and some dishes were a little dirty but overall wasn’t too bad
