Really clean and nicely decorated room.
The heating was an air conditioner. It was capable of heating the room properly but it creates an uncomfortable feeling in comparison to central heating.

Two minor issues:
Would benefit from a bedside lamp - light switches away from bed, so used TV to provide light to get from switch to bed.
No kettle.
Both would seem to be aspects which could be easily remedied.

Amazing views of the ocean as well as Euboia across the water. It was close to the shops and the tavernas down at the beach. The room itself was the perfect size for myself and I would sit on the balcony and watch the water in the afternoon. It was very relaxing indeed.
The host was also very welcoming, keeping in touch if I needed anything. The perfect host.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and nice, there was everything you need like cooking plate, dishes etc., and the flat was exactly the same as the one pictured. There is also a terrace with barbecue 😍 The host was also super nice and provided us with useful details.
The only thing you have to keep in mind is the location, but there are taxis in the area so you can get to the beach for 5-6 euro.

The place was amazing and the balcony has a very nice view. The apartment had all the necessary facilities. We needed an iron for clothes and the host gladly provided one for us. About 25-30 min walk to the nearest beach. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was just lovely. The studio was in a handy location to the interests I had. Very safe even for solo travels (as initially booked for 2 people). Beautiful sunrise view, very inspirational and breathing.

The place was spotless clean in a quiet area. The bed was very comfortable. Nice sea view from the huge balcony. Philippos was very helpful and nice, giving advise in everything we asked. Late check in, because of a very long delay of the flight, at 2am, was possible. Coffee, sugar and water was provided by the host. Perfect Wi-Fi connection all the time. Everything was exactly like in the pictures and description of the place is accurate.
Could have a kettle and a toaster, but this was not a problem at all, because it is a stove you can use.

there was no breakfast as it was self catering only , it was spotlessly clean the view was amazing stands up to its name of sunrise studio . The host dimitra was charming and nothing was too much trouble she helped me out on several occasions including finding me out bus timetables and lending me her personal phone charger which i forgot to pack, overall exprience 10/10 thanks dimitra, would definetly recommend this to a couple or solo traveller .
not much to say on that matter cant really improve on it superb everything you needed bar the food.
