1. 有洗衣設備、洗衣精（沒有烘衣機，陽台有曬衣區） 2. 廚具有使用痕跡但很齊全。 3. 鏡子非常多，穿衣服方便。 4. 客廳及臥室各有一台電視。

1. 地點在地下室，潮濕、陰暗，且有一股怪味道。 2. 有戶外的陽台，但陽台的入口在公寓的公共走道，不只人在我們住宿期間，從該入口進入我們的陽台空間，非常不安全且無隱私。 3. 房東說我們可以自由使用陽台空間，但陽台超多蚊子，晾衣服的地方還有鴿子會去大便，當初為了私人陽台訂房的，但根本不實用。 4. 浴室遺留用過的牙線纏繞在水龍頭上，而且一直散發濃郁的香氛味，令人反胃。 5. 設備齊全，但有一些之前房客留下來物品。 6. 但整潔程度有待加強，整個空間、浴室、沙發、櫃子內有異味。 7. 當天接待我們的是房東，但訂房問題是另一位仲介處理（未出面），感覺是房東將房子外包給仲介，在放上訂房網站，缺乏系統性的管理，不適合旅客。 8. Check-in前無法提前寄放行李、退房也無法寄放，沒有更換毛巾、倒垃圾，我們住了四天，垃圾桶滿出來，衛生紙也用完了，我們只好自己解決這些「本該由業者來解決」的問題。

The bed was sooooo comfy & the shower a fantastic little power gem. location perfect 🤩 All the amenities u need Air conditioning which was a god send

The outside patio area is lovely but definitely would benefit from some attention

great apartment close to the tube and walking distance to the city centre and most tourists attractions. very quiet given the location!

the check in process was very inconvenient. we had to wait for a person to let us in 45 min. I have to say that this is a first apartment that I visited in passed 10 years that hasn’t gotten a key box or other secure place to leave the keys to pick up upon arrival. this is the only thing that let this property down.

The location in Kolonaki was perfect for where I needed to do errands and get around town. The decor was quite nice and the apartment is a good size.

The toilet seat was broken and there was a very bad smell inside, as if there was a leaky sewer pipe somewhere in the building, which can happen in an ημιυπόγειο (semi-basement) level apartment.

There were a lot of good things: Location was good and we were able to walk to almost all the tourist sights. Walled Garden with shade was nice to cool off. Kitchen had all the essentials. Price was good.

There were a few let downs: 1. The appartment began to smell of damp after a day and the sheets of the bed felt rather damp too. 2. A lot of mosquitoes 3. Wifi was a bit temptomental at the start. 4. The arm of the lounge sofa was a bit broken. 5. The bathroom needs better ventilation and to be honest the little window opened to neighbour's food storage area which was very weird 😐 6. Pillow was not great

The apartment was below expectations. It's an old flat with some renovations in the basement of an old building. The photos make the apartment to look much better but this is not the case. For heating there is only one old a/c in the bedroom and is not sufficient to cover all places. It was chilli in the living room and toilet. It's a bit depressed as an ambiance.

Excellent flat. Excellent location. Nice atmosphere. Will book again!
