Great space to relax. Pet friendly! Quiet. Lots of amenities. Fireplace, TV, and patio made it a true vacation home.

Loved the unit. Nice yard for dog to run in. Close to beach and walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier and Golf and Gator where they have miniature golf and go charts. When the ad indicates you just need to bring yourself, they are right. Only need to bring clothes, shoes, and if you wanted to grill out or cook, the food. Kitchen fully furnished to include spices. didn't expect to have milk, butter, water and wine in the refrigerator. Even found dog food and a bowl. pantry had a few items for cooking. Washer and dryer is full size. Beds very comfortable. Didn't want to leave. Very comfortable and decorated nicely. Highly recommend. Hope to come back soon.

Nothing Would recommend ceiling fans for the bedrooms for if you have the bedroom doors closed at night would help with circulation of the air better.

Everything was very easy. Key code was transmitted on the day of arrival. Property was easy to find. Location near the beach, shops, restaurants and attractions.

It was super cute. A nice little apartment close to the beach with a big living room and two separate rooms(one really cute for little kids). Really cute beach themed decorated and well equipped. If you have the chance to stay there do it. Way better than all those hotels.

Excellent location! Great parking. The house was very clean and stocked with necessities and beach items. Communication with the host was very good! It was the perfect place to relax and have a good time with the family!

The location is close to the main road into Cocoa Beach, and it is just a few miles from the cruise port. It is also close to bus stops, beach and store. The owner of the property was accessible at all times and were very communitive. I was able to reach them via text and email. The beach house has lots of room with a full kitchen, living area with a large TV, 2 bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom. Also, has a screened in porch with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, a dishwasher and pots and pans.

The washing machine was inoperable and there weren't any utensils for the grill. We also had to purchase trash bags and paper towels.

We were feel like home we loved everything ❤️

we stayed at this property previously. very nice and clean and close to the beach

I think the cleaning service forgot this unit because it was not clean. pubic hairs in the shower and grime on the shower curtain. opened and used condiments in the refrigerator. Animal feces in the back yard. Tons of lizards inside. Bed had a sink hole. the floor had pieces of (?) that needed to be cleaned. it just was a horrible start. We drove 7plus hrs to stay at this property for the 2nd time. The initial time was great, but the cleanliness this time really made our stay horrible. we all were so grossed out that we went and got cleaning supplies to try and clean. we ended up leaving early because of this. I contacted the property rep. they said that they would look into it, but have not heard anything else from them about it. We basically “roughed it” because we had driven from so far away, we just wanted to enjoy the beach, so we stayed out and about the majority of the time and only back to the property to sleep. This was an anniversary road trip and a holiday ( Memorial Day) trip, it was kinda ruined.

Very Clean, and Nicely decorated. Looks exactly like the advertised pictures. coffee and snack along with towels and tissue, bedding were available and in place.

Used condiments in the fridge and Used items in the bathroom. Would rather None or Unopened. - We brought our own stuff so it wasn’t a problem at all.

Perfect beach house! Very clean and well decorated, it’s like a home away from home. We loved our time there and I would 100% recommend!

Everything was wonderful. I was not expecting the beach wagon, boards, toys, chairs, etc. I brought mine from home for the kiddos but everything was provided. This was truly family oriented and was very appreciative. I could have left mine at home. As a mom of 4, I always pack everything and it felt good that someone understood what it meant to have children and travel with them. I even packed and brought everything I needed for spices, plates, cups, soap, cutlery, paper towel, but it was all provided. I was blown away by such a wonderful host I had. She even checked in to make sure everything was OK. She was awesome and her place was awesome. Thank you and looking forward to my next vacation with you.

Honestly, I did not find anything that I did not like. I enjoyed my stay over all. I would not change one thing.

We especially liked the back yard…. lots of room to run around…Ringo gives it two paws up 🐶 kitchen was fully equipped, loved the tiled walk-in shower in the bathroom Everything exceptionally clean…. a large parking area just outside the front door Felt like being home…. We’ll be back!
