La chambre avec l’odeur de cigarette et le matelas était probablement très vieux, on a eu l’impression de dormir sur des ressorts. La chambre est désuète.

Private space that was very secure and, quiet. The kitchen facilities are amazing! The shower was powerful and spacious. The bed was cosy and comfy.

Spacious clean room with refrigerator, a nice separate sitting room, and a kitchen. The location is great - quiet area and short nice walk to city.

It is an old building but well- kept

Winmar is in a good location within walking distance of supermarkets, the town centre, riverside and Eden Court. The towels were clean and thick. The kitchen looked to be well equipped.

The room felt rather depressing. I felt the wardrobe and armchair took up way too much room so it felt over full. I had to pull the big heavy chair over to the window to stand on, to be able to open the window. The mirror in the bathroom was way too high and the bedroom walls need filling and painting; old stains around the bed is not a nice feel. The top of the radiator in the bedroom needs tlc and the one in the bathroom has obviously been in an accident! The bed was comfortable enough.

Cuisine collective bien équipée. Chambre vaste et agréable. Petit parking pratique pour la nuit.

Location: Quiet road but within walking distance to centre. Clean and affordable.

The room was quite small. Some noise coming from other guests, but not too bad.

Communal kitchen facilities were very clean, modern and more than enough. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy and comfortable enough.

Doors can be a bit noisy when other guests are using facilities, so you may be disturbed by slight bangs or squeeks. Door keypads not immediately obvious and no information in entry as mentioned in welcome email.

Had upstairs room with window that wouldn't open and no fan on a very hot 28 degree day. Very hot and stuffy evening/ night.

I like the location and the house.

Maybe there was not enough liquid soap in the shower dispenser. But it's just a detail.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were allowed to leave our vehicle in the car park after check out so we could go into town for breakfast.

The code that we were sent didn't work, but the lady on the phone did sort it for us quite quickly, so not too much of an issue.

The rooms were updated decor and very clean. I was never disturbed during my stay. I loved the fact that there are laundry machines to use and they provided some detergent. Wonderful experience

Nice sitting room where we could relax until room was ready, full kitchen privileges, clean room, hot shower, easy walk to city center while still far enough to be away from the noise and traffic.

The room had a refrigerator which was nice. The location is on B&B row with about a million other houses so location is average probably. It was self-checkin so that went fine.

The bottom of the window bracket was broken but still operated. The location could have been closer to downtown.

I arrived and nobody answered despite me knocking on front and back doors and windows. 2 phone numbers were displayed. I rang both several times and both were on ansaphone. I had been ill previously and had travelled all day and this was the last straw. A lady nearby told me that she had often seen people hanging around for ages unable to get in.

I arrived and nobody answered . There was a keypad and I had been sent no pin. Knocked on both doors and all windows. Phoned both numbers on board outside and both were ansaphones.. Tired after long journey, travelling alone and had not been well earlier in the week. Lady nearby told me she had often seen guests hanging around not being able to get in. After half an hour and no response rang youth hostel and got last bed!
