Loved the location of this hotel It was a nice stay No a fan of continental breakfast

Traveled with kids and they were very disappointed that the pool was dirty. The remote on our room was missing a battery and the beds had no cover just the spread sheet

Fridge did not work, 1 st room tub would not drain, water leaking in restroom, only 2 towels supplied, rooms were dirty, pool was green. Horrible experience and would not recommend. Maintenance man stated he informed front desk that we/he saw a “rat” & that was why we needed a new room!!!

The rooms had dead roaches 🪳 & spiders 🕷️ EVERYWHERE. The towels were not clean, they had black marks everywhere. The beds had sand all over them as well. I tried to let the front office and all they said was that they had just fumigated & were running short on towels so even though they were "stained" they were "clean" & they advised me to just shake the sand off the bed. The breakfast includes of dry stale muffins, bananas, & apple juice.

The size of room is roomy. Available parking. Near highway and restaurants. Can always rent night for another day if need stay. Check is fairly fast.

The rooms aren’t extremely clean. Must wear sandals if you walk on floor or feet will turn black. Refrigerator don’t always work well. Ac don’t cool as much when facing outer side of building. The towels feel very cheap. Sometimes their is a comforter and sometimes not. If early morning checking out hard to find staff. Tv is extremely small and remotes have tape in back to hold batteries. Make sure to bring sanitize towels to wipe table looks as if they never get cleaned.

It was disgusting! Bed sheets dirty & nasty. Cigarette burns in them. No comforter. Toilet had dried poop in the inside like it hadn't been cleaned. Floors dirty. Don't waste your money!

It was next to the highway n pretty easy to get to the beach n HEB.

It was kinda clean but not deep clean. The breakfast is just muffins, bagel slices and coffee.

Staff/management was not friendly. We were charged $10 extra per night for a room on 1st floor and one with mini fridge; stating it was because rooms had newer mattress and not all rooms came with a mini fridge. There was no breakfast only coffee even though it stated on site breakfast included. The room had visible mold on walls and bathroom door and not very sanitized.

The morning we were checking out, a random guy tried to walk INTO the room, actually into the room.. luckily I had the latch locked and it stoped the door from opening all the way! I was extremely uncomfortable and grossed out, it was a grown man just literally let himself in, did not knock before, did not ask us before, he just attempted to walk in. I locked the latch as a joke and luckily it saved me because I was changing and me being a women I just felt so disgusted. I went to the front office to try and tell them but the lady there did not care what so ever she could not have cared less, I thought she would have brought the man down to apologize but I assumed he worked there if he had a key to all the rooms but when I told her my problem she just said “Sorry, he should’ve knocked”. That’s how they solve their issues, just apologizing and not doing anything about it! I could not believe that happened to me and the staff did nothing, not even go tell him to start knocking before literally letting himself in with no warning, no permission, and didn’t even apologize himself he just started talking to us through the crack of the door which is very weird. Other than that there was already trash as soon as we checked in, hair in the restroom that we noticed the first 2 minutes of being there! That was all

Had black mold in the restroom behind the toilet, didn't have enough plugs you either use the microwave or the mini fridge. Mini fridge stayed cool never got the drinks cold

I like that the beds were really comfortable.

I didn't like that the pillows was flat before I could even lay on . I didn't like that in both rooms they placed me the bathtub was dirty.

Location. Close to Texas A&M Corpus Christi. This location is close to several restaurants and store locations. I had high hopes for this hotel.

What I didn't like was that I had my mother-in-law with me and her bed had stains, toilet was not clean when she went into the bathroom. Towel that were stained not cleaned and folded in so that the stains don't show. We had reserved for three people and only two towels were provided and they both had stains on them.

Dirty stuff from roaches, no soap at all or anything, coffee pot was missing the main piece used to make coffee, the bathroom mirror had graphite and the windows were nasty

The doors don’t close u have to force them shut the shower needs maintenance the room smells really bad toilet is all loose tv remote doesn’t work the phones don’t work the stair are in very bad shape

as soon as i walked in, there was left over whataburger on the counter and some mcdonald’s left in the microwave, beds weren’t made at all, sheets and pillows were dirty, looked like blood stains on the sheets and the pillows (which there was only 1 small pillow per bed) there was only 1 towel, no toilet paper, one little packet of soap and a bloody hand print in the bathroom wall as well as 1 or 2 roaches

Absolutely nothing..was forced to stay in an unsafe unsanitary hotel..staff was rude..we did not cancel as we showed up..with dirty rooms..one even had blood...haird in tub..was not cleaned at all..and when we said we were unsatisfied was told no refund and no cleaning on staff...was a nightmare..

Absolutely nothing was the worst hotel stay ever..usually not satisfied a hotel staff will worl with u nope these people....don't do it save ur money..n put somewhere else any where else....
