The villa itself , spacious and modern

1) owner attitude. He was harassing me by sending a lot of text per day, especially to get the 50% deposit otherwise I would lose the reservation while it's confirmed on Booking. Doesn't make any sense. He promised me the "most beautiful villa" he had and we ended up with a room with a hole in the ceiling... Worst is that he didn't even come forward with it, had to discover it by myself. Very bad. 2) Villa furniture Only 1 towel per person while the owner told us it's up to hotel standard, usually hotel include small towel also. In the kitchen, we had only 2 knifes for the whole villa..

Villa had a pool and large dining and kitchen area

The customer service was terrible and slow. We booked for 15 people but were provided beds enough for only 9 people. When we spoke to management, they were extremely rude and was even shouting at us. To compromise, we suggested to give us matresses to which they aggressively refused. We finally managed to convince them to provide us matresses but this was still not enough so some of us still needed to sleep on the couch. Some of the rooms also needed more maintenance (doors didn't close, ants in the rooms etc). The villas were closer to 3 stars than 5.

Beautiful scenery, the resort located between the mountains and the sea.

Room should be cleaned properly. The bathroom and kitchen faucets need of repairing.

inside property nice and clean, but architect is poor.

location is too far from every thing else.

Beach very near, just a few steps to go. Very clean, friend staffs, everything is very comfortable and helpful
