تأخر الخدمة من جميع النواحي ( عن عمل الشيك ان ، و عند طلب اي طعام من المطعم ) و لكن أتوقع تأخر الخدمة بسبب كثرة القاطنين في الفندق

Alaa from reception needs to work on her interpersonal skills and dealing with guests( to put it mildly) Please train the staff on how to behave with and around guests The housekeeping desk attendant needs to have more coordination with the rest of the staff I called different departments once more than 7 times to get the room cleaned which is a basic thing The operator needs training on how to get guests connected to other departments I also waited from 11 am to 5 am to get a room change

Friendly staff

At first we got a wrong room, a standard room with tobacco smell, without a balcony, but they changed it to a studio room. The bed was fine, the sofa bed less so. The carpet and the room in general were dirty. Although the hotel is not very old, but it looks older due to the lack of maintenance, it may be suitable for one night / value for money.

The Breakfast was not bad, a decent spread, though needs more waiting staff to assist.

The Room was having dirty cups and when informed to replace it wasn't being done. However when we met up with Mr. Nixon, who was also in house keeping, he sorted our problems out. It was unfortunate when we asked for more denser pillows the hotel did not have.

location and access to the hotel check in time was 2 staff so they were overloaded and it took us 40 mins almost to check in.

Was great experience to the kids they loved it the water games were fabulous , the suite were massive which is a plus , nice experience generally

They just need to focus on how clean the rooms/ balcony’s are. Found out some tissues and balloons in there and the balcony I guess never got cleaned for a couple of days

Poor facilities in the room. Coffee machine not working and no coffee capsules. The staff not helpful and not cooperative.especially when check out. Beds are not comfortable Check in process is long and no response when following to get the room ready. Doors smart card of access disconnected while we are still in rooms.
