You will find this property in excellent location near a large park and plenty of shopping. The rooms are great, good size apartments, and very comfortable and peaceful. Air condition, good furniture, the kitchen is pretty good, it has the basic equipment required to cook simple meals and make your own coffee. The smart TV has youtube, all the apps to any streaming service if you can access with your own account. Some excellent restaurant options right next to the building. For the price you pay, I think this is a really great value for what you get. I highly recommend for longer stays.

There is no hot water in the shower. For a very nice modern apartment, it seems like they should have spent the extra to make this investment. The water comes out very cold like ice. WiFi is a little complicated and does not always work as expected. No elevator. I had a very heavy suitcase to carry up all the stairs. It can be difficult to locate the staff. I had to leave one day earlier than I expected, and it required quite a communication to arrange where to leave my keys and check out. These are just suggestions. I am sure if they fix all these situations, the price will have to increase significantly. i am just writing so other travelers know what to expect. I was very happy with my stay and the service provided, and strongly recommend the apartments.

Good monthly rate, no hot water in showers, internet completely down 3 days and 2 different employees ignore my messages about it. I also booked a Sunday and they no showed to let me in had to find another hotel.
